    Order through: mlab (website: ************************)Order #********** Date ordered: June 11, 2025 {*the following email was sent to mlab on June 11th, 2025} We attempted to order 2 packs {24 patches} of the FlexiKnee pain patches at your special offer of $18.95. I used ****** instead of my bank card. When we received our payment confirmation email from ******, it showed an additional $14.95 charge for expedited shipping, and an additional $41.95 for another 3 pack bundle, but I specifically clicked "No" on each of these offers, but I was still charged for them. There was a large CONTINUE button, and just below that button, there was a tiny/small "No, I dont want this." sentence that I clicked on because I did not want either of those offers. I did try to go in and contact you through the website, but I am unable to reach a live customer service *** or send a message through your website. There is a customer service phone number listed at the bottom of the page, but when I called the number, it automatically sent me a link via text message to the same page on your website. {you literally cannot speak to a customer service ***} ** after searching the website for quite a while, I did find a small sentence where you can cancel your order, but it was hard to find. ** I cancelled the order via your website. {#ML251081} I started searching for reviews for this company and I found a lot of complaints that are similar to ours, and the most common complaint is that people are still waiting for their refunds. Other complaints were that they were signed up for a subscription without their consent/knowledge. Could someone please let us know how long it will take to be refunded? And we need to make sure we are not signed up for any subscription. Thank you for your time and help with this.
