    My problem is that I have called *********** many times and get put on hold and no one picks up. I am a provider with ***** and have forwarded claims to them for reimbursements and these have been rejected by ****. Citing all kinds of reasons which I do not understand. It is deplorable that no one answers my calls. This is unacceptable and wonder if this so one gives up. I certainly hope not. This is a terrible business tactic. I need a call back so that this issue can be resolved. It has now been well over a month and no call back and no email in response;

    ****** ********** has been sending my insurance reimbursement checks back to the provider that I have already paid in full for over ONE YEAR now. I've spent over ************************************************************************************************************************* and I have not received them. ****** ********** has denied multiple in network claims only come to learn my *************** is indeed covering the claim. After spending more and more time on the phone, requesting supervisors, then I'm told they only have two supervisors and are both "out to lunch" each time I call. I have been sent to a collection agency because ****** ********** denied claims by a hospital only to later find out that they "made a mistake". Something is not right, ethical or up to standard with this corporation. They charge me $879/month for monthly premiums for out of network coverage that they are not actually covering in the long run.

    At this time, I have been contacted directly by Daniel H. Cook Associates regarding complaint ID ********, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

    The business emailed me without an explanation of why they keep sending my reimbursement checks to someone else. Since this has gone on for over a year I have no reason to believe it will be rectified.
