    Ive just been humiliated at SpyGames by the staff here. I was allowed to pay, check in, walk by 8 different staff members and get to the door of the game (door 3) to end up being told I cant play because of my shoes. The website just said no heels and Im not wearing heels. The way the staff member shamed me in front of my group and a 9 year old was beyond embarrassing. I went to speak to a manager to ask for a refund and was told they dont do refunds, only reschedule, as if Id ever come back here after one staff member in particular yelled at me. She also took a picture of my shoes and when I asked her to delete a photo of me from her phone, she refused. To top it all off, I am seeing the staff let in people with actual heels on their shoes, too!
