      I purchased tickets to ***** **** Christmas Spectacular & the tour of the venue **********. They did not tell me that there was an expiration date to use my tickets for the tour! Meanwhile my husband was diagnosed with cancer. That just consumed our entire year with ongoing doctors appointments. When went to use the tickets this year, I was told that they are no longer valid. When I explained our family tragedy the representative assured my that a representative from customer service would be calling me in a couple of days. That was 7 wks ago! I'm still waiting. The point is they took my money, 3 *************** fulfilled the agreement of granting us the tour. I have been going to the Christmas Spectacular every year for 6 yrs now! They could of at least given me some sort of credit or refund. Shame on You, ***** ****!
