      No stars. Total scam. Shame on the ***** Tourism people at the entrance of ************* for not being more clear about how to obtain digital tickets. My guess is they are in on it. *****. Got me for 5 tix at $30 each.

      SCAM SCAM SCAM ****** based company with a ** address.SCAM SCAM SCAM Ordered tickets for *********************** and was given the run around for 5 weeks.Promised and guaranteed the tickets were in hand and they were having a technical glitch and thats why the tickets couldnt be sent6 days before the date I received an email stating that they couldnt get the tickets and theyll give me alternative dates.They have issued a refund but now there are no tickets for that date and we miss out all together.SCAM SCAM SCAM

      I purchased skip the line tickets through this company in early January for our April trip to ***** ********* knowing Easter will be busy and want to not wait in long lines and risk not accessing to the site. After booking I didnt get digital tickets in minutes but someone emailed me directly assuming me that my reservation is 100% confirmed and that my tickets will be issued at least 7 days in advance of event (my booking was too early to coordinate with their local vendors). Now in April and I followed up as its only a few days away and only to find they messed up and admitted all the tickets were sold out for my selected day and can only refund me. This totally ruined our vacation as our days in **** is not flexible and I went on other sites and all the skip the line tickets were sold out. Im now paying 5 times the price from another vendor for a slightly difference type of tour. This company should never have assured me that my booking was 100% confirmed when it never did! If they didnt send me the email I would have booked via another venue as backup since lots are refundable 24hrs in advance back in Jan or months follow that. They never informed me my tickets werent confirmed until I followed up several times, few days before I left for my trip. Totally false advertising and misrepresentation and ruined my family trip and costed me money and time.

      While in ******* *****, I used Headout to purchase tickets for my family (23 euros). We booked the ******************* *******, and Salvador. Upon arriving at out noted time, we were only allowed into the *********************** Tower and a patio that was the exit. It was explained to us by a worker that the rest of the church was closed and to come back the next day. Upon coming back the next day we were told that the church closed at 3:00. We were not told by anyone form Headout or who worked with at the Cathedral any of the above information. I contacted Headout through various emails regarding a partial refund. What I got as responses were that they found no evidence of what I was saying happened and that they are not liable based on terms of service and fulfillment. They offered a good faith one time use coupon for a substantial discount on my next reservation with their company. I replied back stating that I did not want their offer, because I was not planning on using their services. Overall, Headout is a company that does not deliver as they advertised then refuses to resolve its disagreements on 23 euros.

      Stay away from this company. They are a 3rd party ticket seller that has no real affiliation with the attractions for whom they sell tickets. Tickets purchased through them may not be applicable to the attractions to which you're interested. They have no refund policy whatsoever.

      We purchased what was advertised as a package deal for ************* ruins and the Museum. We were sent tickets for the ruins and were told they would get us into both. They did not. We were denied access to the museum because the tickets werent applicable. We contacted the company saying we only got half of what we paid for and they argued with us for over an hour. Refused to issue a refund for the museum tickets. I disputed the charge with my credit card company and in their investigation they sent the museum tickets to the credit card company, but never sent them to us. Absolute scam. The customer service was terrible and obviously they dont do what they advertise for.

      Head out is completely misleading. I thought I was buying from the actual *************************** website. I couldnt reach anyone the day before our visit and they offered no help the day of our visit. We were unable to use the tickets. Headout refuses to offer a refund, credit, or any type of compromise. ***** services at *** said they have had multiple problems with them. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!

      I paid $380 USD for tickets to a tour that Headout sold me on July 4, 2022. The tour was supposed to take place in ****, *****, on July 16, 2022. They cancelled the tour WITHOUT INFORMING ME. I showed up for the tour on July 16, and no guide ever showed up. I was able to reach a staff person by phone who told me that the tour was cancelled. Not only did they cancel a tour I was counting on taking during my once-in-a-lifetime vacation, but giving me no notice was horrible as (1) I could not book with another company; (2) I wasted my time on my vacation travelling to the meeting spot for nothing.
