    I purchased multiple NFTs from YellowHeart which were stored on their wallet. With no warning the network was shut down and seems to not be operating now. I can not access my NFTs and they will not respond to customer service emails.I transaction receipts from my credit card.

    In March 2021 I purchased a **** of **** vinyl album physical copy NFT that was supposed to be mailed to me. The website had a ton of glitches and hundreds of people, including myself, had issues getting Yellowheart to mail us our vinyl albums that we paid for. I was in contact with an employee there named '****' for months who finally said they would ship me the vinyl back in June and said it would be shipped in the next 1-2 weeks. I gave him my address and everything. The vinyl I purchased was #****. It never showed up and the company ignored all of my follow up messages. They did the same thing for everyone else who had purchased one as well, and now they pocketed the money from hundreds of people who ordered these and never shipped them. I paid a lot of money for this vinyl album and as a collector was quite excited for the purchase. After months, I don't know what else I can do but to file a complaint. They admitted that they have my vinyl when they said they would ship it, and then ghosted me. I want them to send me the vinyl album that I paid for.

    Yellowheart were facilitating the purchase of a digital *** with a hard copy of pressed vinyl record for the band **********************, it was highly publicised as the first album to be launched by ***.The initial purchase was made in March 2021, with the physical vinyls to follow later in the year, once final numbers confirmed (limited edition) and all vinyls pressed.In October 2021 the vinyls issuing commenced, but soon through the Discord forum platform YH were communicating through it became apparent that quite a number of the products were damaged in transit, my own limited edition vinyl went missing on a tracked delivery service. For the 11months from November to Sept 22 the messaging was that replacements were all in hand and would be issued in due course. On 7th September 2022 I received an email from YHs Head of finance advising that I had been refunded $105 for the vinyl. I responded to advise that I did not want the refund, that more effort and gone into obtaining the vinyl and $105 also did not come close to cover costs incurred. I've sent a follow up email since, but engagement from YH has ceased on all contact medium, they have simple washed their hands of it. There are many others in a similar position, apparant from the discussion forums It's been poorly managed throughout, happy to share emails and screenshot of discussions to demonstrate how YH indicated for 10 months that a resolution was coming. All that's been asked is that they fulfil delivery of the vinyl, haven't got into the hardship & difficultly of getting setup with cyrpto currency to purchase the *** to begin with, it was all with the purpose of obtaining the physical vinyl********************************************************************************************

    I have attempted further contact with Yellowheart, but still no engagememt from them.  In a weird turn of events, I received ********** for the vinyl product in the post in the past week, hence why I made further contact for clarification. But still no actual pressed vinyl received.
