    I signed up for a lifetime membership with Bluesteps and last year they charged me for a renewal. Despite of multiple attempts to contact the support email on their website, I didn't get any response or refund. This year, they charged me again a yearly fee. I tried to contact them without any success.

    Signed up for 1-year membership with BlueSteps by paying $269 on 2/25/2024. The member was not due for renewal nor did I purchase any additional services but BlueSteps decided to charge my credit card without my consent. BlueSteps does not have any customer service other than a support email. I have requested for them to refund the money but haven't heard from them yet. I read a lot of similar complaints against BlueSteps but no action is being taken by concerned authorities for running a scam business.

    On January 18th, 2021, I subscribed to two lifetime subscriptions from ************* :a ****************************** for $149,a "Lifetime BlueSteps Membership" for $245.65.On January 23rd, 2024, I received an email from BlueSteps notifying me that my subscriptions have been cancelled or suspended. I never asked to cancel or suspend my subscriptions.The email provides a link to "reinstate" the subscription, but the link simply takes me to a subscription page where I need to pay, again, the subscription fees.Bottom line, I no longer have access to the services I paid for.I reached out to BlueSteps asking them to resume my subscriptions but I never received a response.

    I am simply trying to cancel my BlueSteps membership/account so that no new charges hit my credit card. The service is not what I thought. I am not seeking my original money back (it was just a bad decision on my part), but there was a subsequent and additional charge that hit my credit card while I have been trying to get in touch with them. They simply CANNOT be contacted. There is NO customer service at all. I sent a note through their website portal several times -- NO RESPONSE. I emailed them once or twice -- NO RESPONSE. I don't believe there is a phone number to call either. This company is fraudulent in that they do not allow you to contact them to cancel an account. PLEASE HELP! Thanks.

    When I signed up originally for Bluesteps, I chose the LIFETIME membership plan. I paid more for this instead of the normal plan. All of the sudden, I cannot sign into my account and they are asking me to create a new one. I have emailed the Case team about this a few times and never have gotten a response.

    i do not have a membership with them, not a renewal. then all of a sudden, after 10 years of my initial membership, they charged me $130 out of the blue. I did not have a renewal nor an automatic renewal. they won't allow me to remove my payment information (credit cards/paypal) on their website. They only say to email them. this is a total SCAM.

    In 2021 BlueSteps, offered LIFETIME memberships for $289.00, which I purchased. When they charged me another $89.00, I asked them to the reverse the charge, which they did. Then shortly thereafter I could no longer log in or access my profile.

    Association of Executive Search and Leadership Consultants their other company ************* I paid hundreds of dolalrs for a membership to have access to assessment, career consulting etc. To date, I have got nothing. The website is broken, the assessment won't log in and when I call and try to speak to someone, no one that works there has a dang clue how to help me and tells me to always call back after lunch. I want my **** money back.

    I originally bought a "Lifetime Membeship" in 2019. Admittedly I did not read the fine print that this would be auto-renewed yearly and only realized this on my current credit card bill.I then went to the website to cancel. Although I followed instructions I received absolutely no confirmation that my response had truly resulted in cancellation and I did NOT receive any confirmation.I have emailed them at their 'info' email and I do not get any notification of delivery, despite having 'checked' that option. I have also tried multiple times calling the two 'help' numbers on their website, one a 212 AC and the other an 800 # and they both automatically go to message that the mailbox is full. No other options offered.
