    I encountered something very sketchy regarding my Y7 digital account. For the last 11 months, July 2024 - May 2025, I have been double charged for my monthly subscription. I've been trying to get someone from Y7 to refund me and stop the double charges since April 29, 2025 and am getting nowhere. No reply from the ************************************************************* email address. I contacted my closest studio, Y7 Flatiron, and they gave me the runaround connecting me to other people who have not addressed the issue. Eventually, the Flatiron studio told me that the online team has a complaint backlog. A backlog that sets their reply time back for a month? That in and of itself is alarming. My credit card company said my only recourse is to file a security complaint. They will block the merchant from charging me and try to get my refund. I will also need to get a new credit card. There is no way to delete my credit card from my online account, although I did cancel my membership today. I also looked at my billing history and the charges are not in consecutive order, which makes it very difficult to tell that they charged me double for ****************************************************************** which the charges appear. The duplicates are listed. However, I believe this is a deliberate attempt to make it hard to discover the duplicates.

    Better Business Bureau:

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved.

    Y7 has refunded me for the months I was double charged, and gave me some extra money back as well. It took about 40 days for the whole process to come to a resolution. All of that being said, I never received an explanation for the double charges.

    I have been charged for an online account that I did not open. Contacted company since April if 2023. Tried calling a studio and was given an email. I keep getting sent to a new representative and given the merry go round with no resolution. Nobody will help resolve this matter. Scammers.
