    Strongly not recommend ?easyship, I select easy ship to do my shipment from HK to *********, I submit the label and payment on 14/2/2022, then I chose the ** express pick up service cause Im already left HK, I select the pick up time and the courier has been no show, the second time the ** courier came and suggest my parent take my shipment to ** store straight away instead of the pick up, so they didnt pick up my shipment, due to COVID-19 in *********, it was lock down so my shipment has been pause until April when thing get better, I have been contact to easy ship staff to follow up my situation, at the end the easyship staff recommend I take my shipment to the store then I asked her, will the label I paid before expiry if my parent take it to ** express after 1 month, she reply there will be no expiry coz I paid, then my parent ship it in April, the original piece I put in easyship is total 81 pieces of cloths, shoes, but the ** express courier said if I ship all of it, it will be triple time of the cost I paid to easyship, then the courier took as much as the cloths of weight where cost close to I paid, I paid to them is $1664, end up the shipment fee is $1475, so I still have $189 left in account, now I received a mail from other staff of easyship that I have a negative balance of -$1272, said that is a adjustment, I didnt check the account in easyship because I have been communicated with the staff in easyship, after I received a email said the negative account, then I checked everything in the account and shockingly found out I paid on 14/2/2022 and 22/2/2022 my account become $0 where suppose my acc should have $1664, then they said my shipment got sent back, the system has shown the pick up is failed, how could I have sent back shipment when my stuff didnt even got pick up? I sent every of my evidence with the photo to them and seem she doesnt even get it, after every reply to her with the proof time by time i am get very frustrating with the service.

    Two weeks ago I placed an order to pick up my car from ***** to ******, this company ******* contacted *********************** and charged me $600.00 and asked me to send him via ZELLE $200.00 as a deposit. I have been trying to contact him since yesterday, I have emailed him, texted him, even called him and received no response at all. This morning when I try to send him another text message I realize that he has blocked me, I try to call the number and immediately the answering machine appears. The *********************** should do something to protect consumers from this kind of fictitious companies, frauds, scammers! This company is robbing everyone who makes delivery orders of money deposits and they never show up to pick up anything. Do not hire this company. they are a fraud
