    -Paid full amount of $1,935.00 by check on 2/12/24. -Service scheduled for 10/31/2024 -Zombie Dance Instruction comprising of the Thriller Zombie dance taught by professional dance instructors (3-Hours). When confirmation of the event took place by phone on 10/30, we were confirmed for three dancers, although he then said they would not be in full zombie makeup, they would be dressed to the theme. -Recap of the night of 10/31/2024 We only had one out of the three promised "dancers" show up She was almost an hour late and did not start dancing until an hour after the 6pm scheduled start time She was in a werewolf mask, no zombie attire She didn't engage guests or know how to dance to the thriller song. She wore squeaky tennis shoes, not shoes a professional dance instructor would wear. She would disappear for unknown periods of time. She was found roaming the facility and taking samples from the alcohol sample stations. 11/5/2024 Spoke on the phone with a *** and he told me they contracted this "dancer" from a ********** ad. It was Halloween and all of their "normal" performers were booked. He had no excuse as to why only one of the three showed up and why the person who shoed up was not dressed as a zombie. He agreed to a full refund but we have yet to receive anything. Whenever I follow-up there is an excuse. 11/18/2024 " I am just waiting on signature approvals from my *** and my operations manager. This is because we have a no refund policy. This can take around 2-3 weeks. Our CFO is located in ******."12/11/2024 I have received the final signature that I needed to proceed. A check for the amount of $1,935.00 will be processed and mailed out on December ******* of 1/9/2025 No further responses to me emails and no check has arrived.

    We are aware of a scheduled refund that we agreed to provide, since this payment was made by check, we have to allow a certain amount of time for the check to clear and must go through the process for refund approvals signed by executive staff since we do not offer refunds except in certain situations. We have received signatures from our management and will be processing a refund as mentioned above. Our company processes refunds once a month. The consumer will be receiving their full refund on Friday, February 7th. Thank you.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

    According to the attached email screenshot, signatures were done and a check was supposably cut and mailed on December 20th 2024. That is contradicting the response I just received about still needing signatures and the check being mailed in February 2025. Someone is not being truthful with their intentions. It feels very much like a scam and I will do everything I can to let people know to never trust or use this business in the future.
