    Purchased a Caraa diaper bag around August 2024. Bag had stitching defect and began to pull apart in January/February 2025. Delayed correspondence and limited communication means (only email) where we finally were able our bag for repair in mid-March. Caraa customer service represented that they would repair in 2-week turnaround. After 5 days we followed up and now they said the repairs would be until the end of the month (although there is no guarantee). Caraa has our bag, has no option to remedy the delay and the fact that we don't a daily use diaper bag, and response time is represented to be 1-5 business days.We would like a refund for the price of the bag or replaced with the exact model. Causes:1. Breach of warranty 2. Misrepresentation about repair timeline 3. Breach of implied warranty of merchantability

    On 8/11/24 I ordered a diaper bag which was delivered on 8/14. On 8/18 I requested to exchange for a larger size and sent back the original bag which was confirmed delivered to them by 9/4. Now a month later and 8 emails sent later I still am waiting on the new size to be shipped. They have no phone number to call and only sporadically respond to my emails blaming the company they work with for shipping and receiving.

    - Transaction amount: $193.80 - Date of transaction/order: 7/22/24 - I bought a backpack from this company then submitted a return form, got approved for a return and was sent a shipping label, sent it back, the package was delivered on 8/2/24 - I have yet to get a refund. I have emailed 3 times and called and left messages 3 times

    I placed order # ****** with Caraa. They immediately charged $842 to my credit card and never fulfilled the order. I have called and emailed them daily requesting a refund. They dont answer their phone or respond. When I log into their site my order shows as Unfulfilled yet they never refunded my credit card. I post daily comments asking for a refund and response on their Instagram site and they either dont respond or delete my comments. I want a full refund to my credit card.

    My daughter purchased a gift card for me from Caraa when I tried to order something it doesnt allow me to order. My credit card was charged 6 times but no other goes through. The charges were reversed by my bank. I have called several times and emailed the company, they responded twice to my email but have not resolved the issue or returned my daughters money.

    I purchased a very expensive diaper bag from Caraa online. Within a few months of using the bag, I noticed it was staining and impossible to clean. It's a diaper bag, and at that price should have options for cleaning the fabric. I reached out to the customer service, who said try to spot clean (which I already had). I told them it was not working and sent them several photos. I never heard back after following up several times. They eventually changed their customer service email address, so I reached back out to the new email. I also called and left VM's. My messages were not responded to and I did not receive a phone call back. They are now telling me my bag is out of warranty. The customer service team never dealt with my complaints when I emailed them within the warranty, so I believe they completely scammed me out of providing customer service within the allotted time.

    I purchased the Studio Tote from caraa on 6/7/22, on 8/2 i emailed their customer service with photos attached that my bag was severely defective and i wasnt able to use it. I got a reply back the next day on 8/3 asking if Id like a replacement or refund. I said replacement. They had me confirm my address for shipping out the new bag. I did not receive any tracking number by 8/11 so i emailed again following up with no response. I emailed again on 8/22 since i had not received a reply about if and when the bag was being sent out, i never received a response to that email either. I have called and left voicemails over 10 times to their customer service number listed on their website with no one ever returning my call. This is extremely frustrating and super poor customer service. I dont even want a replacement bag at this point. I just want a refund, but i cant seem to get ahold of the company.There is sufficient email correspondence with my email to caraa to validate this claim.

    Placed an order back in May 2022 and exchanged it for a changing kit. Order number was ******. I was told that it would ship 7/11 but never got the item. Sent several emails to the company with no response. Finally sent a message on instagram and got a response after a day or two and was told that it would ship 8/4. I asked for a confirmation email and never got it. I paid extra for the item and emailed them again with no response again.
