      I ordered a shirt and a pair of shoes from this company I advised them that only the shirt arrived they have not been trying to help me resolve this matter I also filed a police report

      We had initiated investigation with ***** and ***** confirmed that the package was delivered to the shipping address listed on the order with an acknowledgement upon delivery at the address provided and ********************************* was met. In addition, the driver's GPS does put the delivery at your location upon the delivery confirmation provided by *****. In light of these findings, investigation has been closed and we are unable to issue refund.

      On March 26, 2025, I placed an order on the Bottega Veneta website. On April 8, 2025, I completed a return at a ***** location in *********, *******, **. I possess documentation indicating that the return was delivered on April 10, 2025, to the Bottega Veneta boutique at **************************************************************. The company has stated that the refund process typically takes ten business days; however, I have yet to receive my refund. Bottega Veneta has informed me that, although the package was confirmed delivered, it is currently classified as missing.The company opened a claim with *****, which was subsequently rejected after ****** investigation, which confirmed through GPS tracking and delivery documentation that the package was indeed delivered and signed for by an individual identified as *****. I have encountered significant challenges in obtaining assistance from Bottega Veneta's customer service, as there has been a lack of updates or concern regarding my outstanding refund. I have adhered to all prescribed protocols to ensure the return and subsequent reimbursement of my funds, yet it appears that I am being held responsible for an issue beyond my control. I retain all relevant documentation evidencing the timestamps associated with the package's departure from ******* and its delivery to ********. It has now been a month since the initiation of this return process, and I must express my considerable frustration regarding the lack of resolution.

      I have a concern regarding something very simple, company, sadly another company in our society/ day and age that does not perform properly. I have an iPhone cover that I was gifted, beautiful iPhone cover that it sadly defective and will not sit properly on my phone, nor fit. naturally I reached out to the company provided pictures, etc. all forms of paperwork proving that, it is a legitimate bottega ******* product. I even offered repeatedly to mail the item back to the company in the original bottega box No reply. . My hope is to receive an exchange for this defective item. Another iPhone cover thats similar or even something thats a few seasons old company has totally disappeared. Refused any form of supervisor to get in touch I specifically asked for someone in a supervisory title to assist me in the proper way and I was denied that.. This is all regarding an iPhone case that is truly defective. Everything about item is not right and again it will not sit on my phone in a proper way. its very complicated and its a very expensive piece. White leather material . I know for certain, this iPhone cover was $720.00 and its very unfortunate that the company is not willing to accept the item back. I have all the paperwork here, proving it authenticity so again, please allow someone in a corporate headquarter level to assist me and again please understand that Im willing to send the entire item back w/ paperwork included . Im not sure how much more legible and legitimate I can appear. Sadly, I do not have proof of purchase and I already explained this, but I have everything else needed, and I also naturally am willing to physically give them the item back someone should kindly, be able to offer me a replacement of some kind under those circumstances.monetary refund would be acceptable or an actual replacement something that will sit on my phone in a natural way. This iPhone case was so problematic, to where I hurt my finger (s)

      someone by the name of ***** got in touch with me and then she disappeared. She continues to say that the company will not assist me because I do not  have proof of purchase however I have the physical item in my hand. Company is  just making things extremely difficult
      they  refuse adamantly  to speak of the actual matter at hand, which is how their iPhone cover very expensive $720 white leather iPhone case  not only is defective but damaged  my actual white iPhone the metal is unbelievably scratched because of the mechanism of their case,  so instead of offering me credit instead of taking item  back to inspect it theyre trying to dismiss me I would like you to formally submit this complaint over to the executive level within bottega *******. They also  Deliberately failed to tell me where this iPhone cover was distributed/ manufactured was it overseas was  it in *******?as  That naturally plays a big part in its quality Just not a good company whatsoever, but this iPhone, cover In  particular they are giving me a hard time over as I sit here with the phone case  itself and the actual authenticity paperwork

      I place order from bottega veneta online store and they shipped to me but i didnt get the package. ***** gave package to someone singed and i dont know who is that person. I checked with neighbors but still didnt get it. I file police report too and email to seller but they didnt refund or reshipment. Please help

      First of all, I would like to claim that my complaint is against bottega veneta Castle outlet store, since I cannot search for this store specifically, I can only complain against the head office. I hope someone will help me. Whether it's an outlet or a boutique, it belongs to this company. I bought a pair of bottega veneta sandal on March 26. It is a pair of pink lido style. I bought it in the store because I like this pair of shoes very much. I paid for it very soon. The next day I left *********** for a vacation, but I came back a week later, and I wanted to wear these shoes out to dinner, and I only wore them for a few hours and I came home and there was this black stuff on the heel that was sticky, and I looked at it and it was sticky and it was pretty bad. A pair of shoes after 700 dollars or discount overflow glue must be a quality problem. Two days later, he replied that he could replace a new pair. I asked him what to do if there was any problem, so I contacted *****, his manager, who gave me a phone call and told me that I could only drive to the store within 15 days to replace the shoes, which must be of higher value than the shoes. It takes me three hours to drive over 200 miles. **** I asked for the email address of ******, the manager of the store. After sending the email, I replied two days later and only told me that it was impossible for me to return it and asked me to exchange it for a new pair. I told her my concerns very clearly, and the next day, she replied me for the second time, telling me that I could not return the shoes, only exchange them with the same or higher value, but other shoes were cheaper than this pair of lido, and I could not refund the difference. I think about it and I'm still angry because it's not my problem, it's the problem of the shoes. The store's no-return rule makes me assume the quality of the shoes. That's not what a big brand does. This is also the first time I have encountered this kind of problem. Now I send emails to ****** and no longer reply to me. I don't know what to do. I can only make complaints to the head office to solve for me, I only accept the return.

      I submitted a repair request with this company (meaning I already purchased the item and then sent it to be repaired because it was damaged when I bought it) and they told me it would be around 3 months before it was completed. They did not offer a refund since it was purchased at a different branch, but only an exchange of an item in a different color. They said the repair cost would be waived. This was on 9/22/23. It is now more than 4 months later and everytime I call the store, they cite the only person who can help is out of the store and on vacation. They have provided no update despite me calling and emailing multiple times and every staff member who has picked up my call at this business has been super rude. My Ticket # is ******** and they keep saying they'll call back but its been 2 weeks of me consistently trying and I have not received any help, basic manners, or resolution. They are holding my item hostage with no update/guarantee in sight and at this point I would rather just have my original damaged product or issue a charge back with my credit card company.

      I am writing to file a complaint against Bottega Veneta for their refusal to accept my return and failure to inform me of their store policy prior to my purchase. I would like a refund for the item in question.On 3/9/23 I purchased an item from Bottega Veneta's ********* store. At the time of purchase, I was not informed of their store policy regarding returns. I assumed that I could return the item if it did not meet my expectations or if there were any issues with the product. I bought it as a wedding gift, which was unfortunately cancelled. I no longer have any use for the item, nor has it been unwrapped or used.When I attempted to return the item to the store, I was informed that they do not accept returns on any items. This was not communicated to me at the time of purchase and I feel that I was misled by the sales associate. I was also not made aware of this policy by any signs in the store. After discussing with corporate, the store associates were told that they may make an exception for my return. The associates refused, and I was told that my concern was ultimately up to the store's policy. I am extremely disappointed by Bottega Veneta's lack of transparency and their refusal to accept my return. I am requesting that they honor their commitment to customer satisfaction and provide me with a refund for the item.I appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to a resolution.Sincerely,*******************

      On December 15th 2022, I purchased a Christmas gift for my wife from Bottega Veneta's website. The site states that returns and exchanges can be made in store or online. As a new store opened in our neighborhood, we decided to go in to make our exchange, merely for a different color, same expensive $5,000 bag. We were met with complete ineptitude on the part of the salesperson who told us he needed to have a manger call us back in order to exchange the bag. By the time someone finally contacted us back, after reaching out again to the store AND to the website, we were told our return request was "beyond the window" though that was not our fault. I have never experienced ANY retailer, let alone a luxury retailed at Bottega Veneta's price point, be so inept and so devious regarding "customer service". The customer experience is absolutely appalling. We are seeking a full refund for the bag now. The business continues to send us an RMA return approval, but no address where to return the bag. We do not want to do business with Bottega Veneta again and wish to be done with this whole nightmarish experience.
