    I am in the midst of having a terrible experience. I ordered a dress for my daughter who is going to be the maid of honor in my other daughter's wedding. The dress arrived and looks nothing like the picture. Today I spent time trying to figure out how to initiate a return and it is nearly impossible and there is no one to speak to. Then I read so many terrible reviews and I am so angry at myself that I didn't check them in advance!!! It seems that my experience is very consistent -- dresses are cheap and they make it impossible to get a refund. I just want to help someone else from making a mistake and ordering something from them.

    BUYER BEWARE!!! I ordered a dress and it fit perfectly since I checked my measurements. However, the dress left scratches all over my body that lasted for about 3 days. This isnt something I could wear for my wedding reception or I would have been all scratched I started a return for it the day after I received it due to it being a defective dress and they only wanted to give me store credit. The customer service takes DAYS to answer if they even answer at all. Still no refund

    My daughter from an Asian descent was hired as an intern for 3 days. She went to work 10 mins early ahead of her scheduled time and was not introduced to the team when she walked in. She was basically left to fend for herself and was treated like garbage. She felt ignored and no one was keen to talk to her. They definitely made her feel she didn't belong there!! She was so so excited to work here! How can this company be so racist? Is there accountability from anyone? She deserves an apology. It was a pure act of discrimination. How disgusting! Shame on you!
