      We purchased a Gucci Handbag on November 2019. Handbag was not used on trip. We returned and the pandemic hit. This handbag has been sitting in it's cloth bag for two years never used as it was purchased just for travelling as it is a crossbody bag. Last October we were able to travel again. I took my handbag on this trip. Two days into our trip I noticed the piping on one side of the bag was coming undone. I stopped carrying the handbag to avoid further damage. Due to the pandemic we have avoided going into retail stores till last month. We took the bag to the shop in ********** **. We explained to the sales person who had occurred. He took pictures, and sent it off for repair. Yesterday 7/25/2022 he sends my husband a text message stating it would cost us $100.00 for this repair. We are totally appalled at this. Something that is obviously a craftsmanship issue and not wear and usage on my part as the bag has only been used once. All I am asking for is for the repair fee to be waived and have my handbag repaired. These are very expensive handbag for this to be happening to them.

      Gucci ****** Services are holding my glasses for repair and as I attempt to contact them and speak with upper management I am being denied access. I needed to speak with a supervisor because the instructions in the email sent to me were not properly followed. I have attempted many times to talk with someone about delivery instructions. I have been poorly handled by customer service and I desire a resolution to fit all the inconveniences I have experienced dealing with Gucci.

      I sent three vintage handbags in for repair back in February and to date I've only received two of them back. I'm not satisfied with the repairs on the two that I did receive. And the last one I've been calling to get an update and get a different story everytime I've called. I asked for a supervisor to call me back from the End Client Support and NO RESPONSE. I then reached out the the **************** in ******** and spoke to receptionist, gave them all the information as to what's been going on with the *********************** I was told that someone would call me back and still NO RESPONSE. I've left daily messages and still no one returns my calls. Please Help

      Hello, I received a call from a person named ********* ************ on 7/28/2022. I made 2 return calls on 7/29 and 8/1 and no return call. Then I received a TEXT message from ********* stating that someone from upper management was going to be contacting me...and I haven't heard from anyone

      On June 30th, my friend and I went to Gucci at the ******* vineland premium outlet to buy a bag for my mother. A clerk named ****** helped me. I told him that I was going to buy a bag for my mother, but I didn't know she like or not, I asked very clearly, can my mother return this bag if she don't like it? He told me very definitely "yes". Then I also asked him if I could return or exchange it at *************. He told me that I can't return it at *************, but maybe I can exchange it there because the bag is at full price. This is the same as the counter at the *************. But you can come back here with the receipt and return it. This is exactly what he told me.Today, July 12th, my mom and I are back at Gucci at the *********************** in *******. I brought the receipt and bag. I found the salesperson. He denied everything he said that day. He found the manager and said to me: I can't return it, I can only exchange. I told the manager that if he told me I couldn't return it, I wouldn't buy the bag. I bought it because he told me the bag was refundable at the original price. If the bag is non-refundable and the same as the counter price, why should I buy it here? As I told him, this bag was bought for my mother, she was not here that day, I don't know if she liked it or not, I have to see if I can return it or exchange it. Feeling cheated. I asked the salesman why he was cheating on me, he didn't answer and asked the manager to ask us to leave.

       They still didn't give me a refund, just gave me a gift card.

      My money didn't go back to my credit card, it just turned into a gift card.

      They told me it was the only thing they can do for me.
