    I placed an order on July 28th. The filters were SUPPOSED to ship 4 days later. It is now September 3rd. The order still shows as processing. Payment of $23.13 left my account the same day I placed the order.     I have received the filters that I ordered.

    It's too bad that they did not communicate with me on any of the many attempts to contact them.  They could have avoided the complaint that I filed with you against them.

    I purchased 4 air conditioning filters MERV 8 on August 6th. for $38.62. Order# *****. That same day I received an email confirming the purchase. My money was immediately withdrawn from my bank account. Until today, one month later, I haven't received the filters and they never provided a tracking system to check on the status of my order. I called them, and to my surprise, all you get is a voicemail. No body responded back ever. I also email them without response. At this point, I believe that I was scammed.
