    Hello,We have been working with DEN Capital for months on the Employee Retention Credit for our business. ****** was always responsive and contacted my wife and I for all documents needed and we always responded as quickly as he had asked. In September he was supposed to send us forms to fill out and send to the *** for tracking on our refund. Since Oct 9th we have not heard from him or received the forms. We have emailed him, called him and emailed the company multiple times with no response from anyone. We have even tried ********************* when also spoke to my wife and have had no response from him. We would like to know what is going on with our refund and where our checks are. We are afraid they submitted the forms on our behalf and have no way of knowing if your refund is coming to us or not. We have done everything they had asked and now to not get any response from them is very concerning.
