    I have NOT signed up for this service and wish to be refunded. $45.88 and $19.50 both charged on 09/30/2022. The total of $65.88 should be refunded as soon as possible. Thank you.

    I signed up for community solar and the company mislead me. They told me i would recieve a 30% decrease on my electric bill, that was false. They are charging me large amounts that i never agreed to, nor can i afford. They auto debited my card today without authorization. I canceled my account with them back in august and i am still recieving charges. I want my money put back on my card and i want them canceled. Its clear from reading the reviews and bbb compliants that this company has committed fraud and violation of consumer rights.

    Syncarpha has been in contact with the customer to work on a resolution.

     

    The customer did provide authorization to debit his account by signing an agreement. Customer also agreed to be a part of the program for 20 years, Syncarpha is going to waive cancellation policy and remove the customer.  Lastly, ********************** is willing to work on a payment plan outside of normal procedures to help the customer with any cashflow issues they may experience.

    I do not have an account with Syncarpha and I did not authorize them to deduct funds from my checking account. My mother had an account with them in which she had cancelled a long time ago. Now, I'm receiving emails that is addressed to my mother requesting funds that is owed to them. After I had submitted a dispute with my bank in regards to this company withdrawing funds without my authorization they left my mother a voice mail stating that she doesn't have to worry about paying the amount that is owed to them and to drop the dispute, in which I have with them and not my mother. I then went to the police station and filed a police report.

    ************** signed a contract with Syncarpha through a sales partner, SolarGardens *************, on 4/5/2022. ************** received communication and confirmation of this via email.

    Syncarpha has attempted to contact ************** by phone and email to address his concerns, he has not responded. Syncarpha left 2 voice messages. Additionally, ************** opened the email sent to him and has not responded. Syncarpha is willing to help him if he would be willing to discuss.

    My last National Gr **** said I owed nothing because a solar *** paid it. They couldn't tell me the name. This morning 7/12/22 I got two bills from Syncarpha. I have tried calling them many times and also emailing them to tell them I do not have a contract with them. I even left my name and phone number for a call back numerous times, and I can't get through to them. The invoice says they have my credit card on file. I am really worried because i never gave them any information. I would really appreciate any help you can give me.
