    So far, I'm happy with Current. I was shocked to see all of the one-star reviews. I have recently started using it a bit more. I transferred in some small amounts a few months ago with no problem. Recently I transferred in a much larger amount to put into a Savings Pod. The transfer was said to take 3-5 business days and I saw my transfer in three (3) days. The interest rates are one of the best I've seen at 4%. I will hold out hope that they have fixed whatever problems people have mentioned in the previous reviews.

    Ive been rocking with Current for some years now. I wish them ATM fees werent so crazy and that they had a bigger network because I dont drive and the closest ATM be killin me. But I need my check early so that early deposit is a keeperrrrr!!!!

    Ive been with Current for almost a year. Before Current, it was hard finding a bank to stick with that best fit my financial needs. After finding Current, I have never thought of an online checking and savings account but by far the best decision I have made was switching to Current. I have never been disappointed with their customer service and the service they provide through app and or customer support. Dont believe I could ever leave. Definitely worth checking out!

    The bank refused to allow me to make a transfer usings my virtual card, even though ive done so twice before.
    i spoke to a representative who told me my replacement care would be here in 7-10 business days but its been over 20 business days & the card has still not be received. i am unable to use my virtual card so now all my funds are just being held up by the bank.
    i spoke to a rep by the name of Fatima that disconnected my chat while i was mid text just to not deal with my issue. i asked to speak with a supervisor, *****, who also could not assist in any way. he sent me an email stating that he rep will have disciplinary action but by her direct supervisor, whom they refused to connect me to.
    i spoke to 3 agents and none of them were helpful, instead they only tried to get rid of me stating they will email me within 3-5 business days, meanwhile all my funds are being held.
    this is not how people do business. i have no physical card & i cannot use my virtual card either. they plan to stay with all my money & that is not sufficient for me.

    Really had no issues with Current until I needed to make a single large purchase. They do not allow any type of limit increase upon request which I don't have an issue with. But they make closing your account and retrieving your money as difficult as possible. I was told that there is a limit to how much you can transfer, that there's no way to simply close your account and have all money removed at once, and that there's no way to just close the account. Also, of course, each transfer can take 5 business days to complete. There's no way for me to make a large purchase I need to without splitting those purchases up into multiple purchases, over multiple days, while also either having very little to no additional money for daily use or needing an additional day to complete the single purchase. So, long story short in order to make the one purchase in the fastest way possible with (not so) Current Bank are 3 transactions over 3 days with limited amount for daily use OR transfer all my funds out to another bank that can take up to 5 days. The transfer limits ($5000) are not bumping into any governmental limits I'm aware of but simply business being customer unfriendly and not wanting customers to easily move away from Current without a fight or at least as much of a hassle as they can put us through.

    Lack of communication I received an email stating my account was under review and no need to contact them it would take ********************************************************** I tried to reach out to them to see what was going on and make sure I was not a victim of fraud because I use my account for the same thing all the time and the only transaction that was different in July was I paid for jail calls for my nephew and if they suspect that it was fraud why lock my account to investigate it without reaching out to me to confirm. I have reached out to support and asked for a manager or corporate since I couldnt speak with fraud department. I get direct deposit and have been since I opened up the account and to be denied the opportunity to speak with someone is unfair especially when they have my money and no way to speak with a live representative. They have told me to respond to the email which was a no reply email I received on August 2, 2022. I have been denied contact information for upper management and I need answers

    Current is a scam. They will steal your money and if a fraudulent dispute is filed they will never refund it. This company Is shady as ****
