DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU LIKE NOT BEING ABLE TO SPEAK TO A LIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT!! ******************** is completely unorganized & unprofessional !!I subscribed to Deferit on April 13th, 2024 and my debit card was immediately charged $14.99alright thats fine, but then I received an email stating that I need to verify my identity.So I did what was requiredI sent a picture of my Pennsylvania Drivers License & a selfie on April 19th and I didnt hear back from anyone!Then I received another email stating the exact same thingI need to verify my identity!Mind you I was in a well lit room and the stupid ONFIDO that they sent for me to use excepted my images not once, but twice!Yes, I sent my Drivers License twice on the 19th & on the 23d of April to prove my identity, which is absolutely ridiculous and frustrating!!I took this annoying run around as a sign of whats to come if I was to proceed with this horrible company and not be able to speak to an actual human beingso I went on my App and cancelled my subscription!!But ** still receiving emails saying that I need to verify my identity from yet a third person!All I know is that my account better not be charged next month because not only am I not going to continue to pay for a service that I have NEVER received, but I CANCELLED MY SUBSCRIPTION!!I want Deferit to never contact me again because I have been paying my bills just fine for decades without them, so I will much rather just stick to what has been working for me! This company is horrendous!No customer service, unorganized as if they have employees working from home and they dont contact you for at least 3 days when the **** office closes at 5pm, so then you have to wait for another 3 or 4 days just to get the exact same email that youve already responded to from a different idiot that works for this horrible company! I just want to make sure that my debit card isnt charged for *** because I am no longer interested in using Deferit!!Deferit, Inc.

Tried to pay my spectrum bill with them and I get a call from spectrum letting them know someone was trying to close my account. Sounds like a huge scam to me!Deferit, Inc.

Tried to sign up and paid the monthly fee. Problem is when I try to verify my number I don't get a verification code. I contacted customer service and asked them but they said they can't fix it right now. So I asked for my payment back and they refuse.Deferit, Inc.

If I had to give no stars I would. Deferit issued a refund to a card thats no longer active. I tried reaching out via the app and it took over 2 weeks for someone to respond. Its been almost two months and I have yet to receive a refund. Highly unhappy.Deferit, Inc.

The most terrible, awful, unsatisfying service ever. Wouldnt recommend this to my worst enemy. Deferit took my money for a monthly subscription. I unable to use the service. Customer support was of no help. Would not give me a refund after providing bank statements all the information asked and more to identify my identity and emails of past conversations with other reps. **** assured me that my issue has been resolved. I wouldnt recommend this service that is misleading, with false advertising and poor customer service.Deferit, Inc.
