MaxMyInterest is a financial technology service operated by Six Trees Capital LLC. *** is a software platform that allocates individuals' cash among their own bank accounts so that they earn the most interest possible. As a new customer with a disablity , who has already invested $25,000 of my money, I am dissapointmented with the lack of TIMELY communicaiton to speak via telephone with living human being. The company has no listed phone to call, but only email inquires. When sending an email request to speak with a human being, there is a delay of one day or more to schedule a telephone or zoom call appointment. At the scheduled time of the telephone appointment, incoming calls appear as "SPAM:", so calls are not receivied efficiently. At the scheduled time of Zoom calls, no details are provided in advance by *** related to meeting number and pass code number to join the Zoom call. It has been nearly one week, and my issue has NOT been resolved due to poor communicaiton methods and customer serivce from ****
