    Sparrow credit card. Was late on.missed payment due to health reasons Company applied a ***** late fee. I asked for it to be REMOVED Company refused to remove it *** work with me a valued customer I made up the missed payment HOWEVER this company started harassing me with emails and tons of phone calls demanding the current payment I explained I am ill with sickness and to please stop calling. I had made a ***** payment Company continued HARASSING ME NON STOP RESOLUTION SOUGHT:1 ***** LATE FEE CREDITED BACK 2 6 MONTHS RETROACTIVE INTEREST REBATED TO MY ACCOUNT FOR HARASSING ME THRU EMAIL AND PHONE CALLA NON STOP 3APOLOGY FROM THIS COMPANY

    Thank you for notifying us of the recent consumer complaint submitted under our business name, Sparrow.


    We would like to respectfully clarify that the complaint appears to be intended for a different companySparrowCard (***************************************) which is entirely unrelated to our business. We are Sparrow, a software company that provides digital marketing tools for credit unions. We do not issue credit cards, nor do we manage or service any consumer lending or credit products.


    To avoid confusion for consumers and to ensure the appropriate company receives the feedback, we kindly request that this complaint be removed from our business profile and redirected to the correct entity.
