  My co-workers gifted me a $250.00 pre-paid **** gift card from Thankbox/Tremendous. I made a $65.00 purchase almost immediately. Then a few months later, I tried to use it at a retail store and it wouldn't work. When I got home I looked into it further and noticed that the card had an expiration date of 6 months after the card was ordered which only gave me 5-1/2 months to use it after I received it since it took a couple of weeks for it to arrive when I ordered it. In all the years I have used pre-paid **** cards, they have never expired (or there is at least an ***** month period to use them). 6 months is very unreasonable. I am most disappointed that my co-workers spent their hard-earned money on the card and $185.00 of it went to the company they purchased it from. I find this quite despicable. I will be sure to check expiration dates on all cards moving forward but they will not be cards from Thankbox/Tremendous and I will let everyone know NOT to give this company their business.

  They informed EpicPay that they had remitted payment to me on EpicPay's behalf for a settlement claim, so I got an email saying I had the funds, and should have an email from Tremendous. Tremendous had not, however, submitted any funds to me. When I emailed them, they told me I redeemed my payout, provided my correct banking information, and then told me to contact my bank after a week if it wasn't there. I use ********** so if anything was pending it would show up. Basically they're telling other companies they make payments before they actually make the payments. I don't know if it's fraud, or just incompetence on behalf of their system engineers. Either way, one star, epic fail.

  In the past, I've received payments with good details about the when what where and why given. Yesterday, I was expecting a decent amount of money and I needed it to move. They sent me a very vague email about how I was sent a digital payment but it's in none of my accounts. They don't have a customer service line about this so I have been emailing them non stop since a little after 3 yesterday and nobody has yet to get back to me.

  My experience is awful. I completed a survey for ******* services sent out from Tremendous. Upon completion, Tremendous sent a selection of "gift cards" for me to select as a reward for survey completion. I selected Amazon, was directed to their website. As soon as I landed on the gift card page, my debit card was hit for $14.99 .... for a $25 gift card. So, I paid $15 to get net $10. That is absolutely ridiculous and pure robbery!! Tremendous has been fighting me for going on 3 weeks saying it's not their charge. But I only got to the survey and Amazon through them. I need my $14.99 returned to me

If this payment was made via Amazon, you'll need to reach out to Amazon's support team to learn more about what the $14.99 charge is for and the merchant responsible for it.

  This company is running a major grift on customers by issuing prepaid debit cards that have useful lifetimes of no more than three months. Cards are set to expire after this very short period and cannot be restored or replaced. Never before have I received a prepaid incentive card with an expiration date less than YEARS out from the time of receipt, but Tremendous has designed an excellent way of passively retaining income when consumers unknowingly hold on to their prepaid card for longer than the three months."The expiration date is clearly visible...." Yes, it is. Again, every other incentive card I have ever received is valid for YEARS. "Our terms and conditions clearly state...." Yes, they do. Again, every other incentive card I have ever received is valid for YEARS.Publicly displaying the details of your grift doesn't excuse it.

While it is true that some cards issued by Tremendous have a three month expiration date, card expiration dates vary depending on the type of card issued and the organization that issued it.
