    HORRIBLE BUSINESS. I had 5 orders with blue apron and only 1 was without issue. Delivery is very unreliable. They only offer credits back so you have to keep ordering. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They should be shut down.

    They use a terrible third party delivery service. Food comes 10pm-11pm at night. Chat service was quick, but they have no people skills. They cancelled my subscription without confirming with me which logged me out and there is no way to confirm if your refund is processing or if they still have your payment information. Horrible business. Hello Fresh was 100 times better.

    The food is really good but the prices have skyrocketed and their customer service is horrible. When I texted the customer service agent **************, on may 18, 2024 trying to understand why I was all of a sudden being charged $11 shipping and over $20 more than I was 6 months ago for a box, she was so rude and took forever to text back. 30 minutes into the conversation she hadnt answered one question and when I didnt understand what she was saying, she hung up on me, then I immediately got an email saying my account had been cancelled! This is insanely poor customer service. I really enjoy the meals and havent had an issue with food quality but if this is what their values are with customer service I dont want anything to do with this company.

    Great food but bad business practices.I logged on to see what they were offering and my password didnt work. (I had ordered from them years ago.)So I updated my password to get in to their site and see what they offered. Apparently when you log in they automatically enroll you. I didnt even select anything and a week later I found they took $93 from my credit card. Very disappointed with them now. I will not go back.

    Charged and sent order without my authorization. I got food that I never chose. I have the app. I receive all the notifications but they have chosen to not notify me of anything but when the food auto ships. You can only go in and cancel so many shipments at a time and then a new set of dates come and no notifications that you need to select food or turn off the shipments. They just send the food. I keep getting things sent that I never chose. It is very upsetting that friends and family keep spending money on gift cards and I just get auto shipped whatever. Other companies send out a notification before it ships. I have never had as many problems with a company other than Blue Apron.

    Charged and sent order without my authorization. I got food that I never chose. I created an account to see the price. NEVER hit submit to make a purchase. They MAKE you enter CC info before getting into the site. Do not log in! Or you will get food. No email goes out saying your order has been confirmed, like everybody else, until delivery is on the way. I just happen to look at the bank statement that morning. They dont respond to email requests after the 5-7 days they claim. Auto email response tells you to go to the web or app and chat with CS. Chat does not exist. Good luck getting them on the phone, I doubt CS actually exists!

    Worst experience ever! Never had this issue with Hello Fresh. Decided to try Blue Apron and my first order arrived with unthawed, brown rotting steak. Most of the peppers were mushy and the potatoes were soft with black spots. Contacted them right away thru the app and no response. Never heard from them. Then I received the second order and it wasn't what I had ordered! Two spicy dishes and my husband can't eat spicy!! Again, no response, so I cancelled my subscription. Never buy food from here.
