    On January 12, 2023, I called Fur Warehouse By Dimitrios to renew my storage agreement and send me a new storage invoice for my three coats and two fur headbands. The contact was *******************************, who stated that he would have billing send me an invoice that I did not receive. I called **************** a second time a few weeks later, informing him that I didn't receive my renewal invoice, and he stated he would speak to the billing department again.I called on 4/20/23 to investigate why I had not received an invoice and was told by a representative that the Fur Warehouse By Dimitrios is no longer in business and that the State took everything. I was never informed that Fur Warehouse By Dimitrios was going out of business in early January of 2023. I would have collected my storage items in December of 2022, and they were paid in full for 2022 storage. I do have my storage receipt/Account Number. The representative took my information and stated someone would get back to me. I also emailed ***************************** requesting information on the location of my stored items.I would like to know where my coats are stored and how to retrieve them and have them delivered to me. Please assist with this issue.*****************************
