    I took my furs for storage on 6/2/2023 to Konstantine Furs on **********************************************: 2 furs, 1 silver fox pant coat that I paid and 1 Mink 3/4. I picked my coats up today, 11/24/2023. I noticed my mink coat had been switched with a different fur. I had the mink for over 10years and I know exactly what the fur was like, color and skin! My mink I brought in back on 6/2/2023 was jet black the mink I picked up today was dark brown!! I paid $5000 for my mink over 10 years ago! The mink coat I picked up today is totally different!! Konstantine furs is scam!! They take your coat and switch them!!! I am totally upset!!

    I Konstantine Furs have been in business for over 40 years. We have not ever had this issues before. *** ********** picked up the coat that belonged to her. There is no such thing as natural black mink. It starts out brown and has to be dyed to get a black color. We can give the coat to our blender free of charge. That would help bring some of the color back. The coat has oxidize after 10 years, to a brownish shade. Every fur oxidizes after some years. She can come in and I can show and explain this to her. We will go out of our way to satisfy *** ********** needs. We look forward to seeing *** ********** so we can solve her issue.

    This unacceptable, I dont care how long you have been in business. My mink coat, which was high quality, and the color was a TAR black, was dissected and removed! It was replaced with a thinner and brown skin!! The mink coat I brought to Konstantine Furs was my baby! I know every inch of that coat and I am telling you the mink was switched!! You think Im stupid or something because I am black girl!! The mink was switched and the lining was replaced!! I will take this to the surpreme court, if I have  to get my original fur back!!!

    I would like to be of help in anyway I can. I need a Bill of Sale, an appraisal, where **************** purchased her garment, who was her last furrier, A description of the garment. I require that all of my customers check their garments before they leave. **************** did that and there was no damages. **************** left the store with her garment with no problems. It was later on after *************** left the shop I get a call about damages and alterations to her garment. If there was anything wrong before *************** left we could have addressed it then. I am here to resolve any issues.

    Yes, I did check my garment and I did state to the gentleman that handed me my coats that it looked liked my coat was changed due to the mesh material under the coat and I could see that the lining was new! Plus the inside skin of the coat was darker than usual with spots which indicates to me that the skin was changed!! You guys know what you did and do!! You change the skin on coats!! I will not stand for this!! **** knows how many people you do this too!! My last furrier that I had my coat stored was Macys!! For years, I took my coat to them for storage and didnt have this problem!! 

    In all, you guys are crooks!! And I will not stand for it!! I am an official of the state and this is an injustice that will not go unpunished.
