    I purchased a gift card on a company Launch Gift Card operates on Dec 22nd for Delivery on Dec 25th. The recipient received a message that the gift card was not valid when she attempted to use the gift card. I too saw the same invalid code message. I completed a Launch Gift Card Support Request using the "Other" issue on December 25th (apparently Launch Gift Cards does not have an option for Invalid Code sent and received your canned message back that I would get back to me "some time soon". I then contacted my financial institution and disputed the transaction b/c there was no phone option to reach this company and I was out the money I paid for the gift card. On Dec 26th, I received no response from Launch Gift Cards and the gift card code still did not work. I then contacted the company Launch Gift Card operates as 3rd party for and informed them of the issue. On December 27, the gift card code still did not work for the recipient however did magically work for my account with the company Launch Gift Card operates as 3rd party. I then withdrew my dispute with my financial institution. Later that evening, I received a threatening automated email from Launch stating they received the dispute and were canceling the gift card and any funds related. I again contacted the company for which Launch Gift Card operates for as 3rd party and informed them. They provided me their own corporate contacts. To this date, I have not received a "live" person response for any of my contacts to Launch Gift Cards. Launch Gift Cards Company has frankly been the worst at customer service and I am outraged that they cannot even afford to have a live person respond to my issue. They have made this situation far worse than it needed to be, by simply having a person respond to issues like this. Had the code not worked for my account on Dec 27, I had presumed Launch Gift Cards as a fraud by taking money for gift cards for which they provide invalid codes and threatening automated emails.

    I placed an order through **** for a gift card in the amount of $******. The recipient never received it. My credit card has been charged. I've filed an inquiry with *** as instructed by **** but have not heard back!! There is no other way to contact them and I am out ****** at this point. Please help BBB!

    I have a pending charge of over $300 fraudulently purchased gift cards for Doordash through Launch Gift Cards. I reached out to my bank as soon as I noticed it, which was less than an hour of it posting. Other than cancel the card, there is nothing they can do. I then reached out to Launch, and they said to contact my bank and update my Door Dash account. I do not have a Doordash account. They are not canceling the fraudulent purchase, and they are doing nothing to assist. From their email response - "We cannot provide information on the dispute itself or its status once we have been notified that fraudulent activity may have occurred but we will work with your bank directly on this matter." Their website has no real contact information such as a phone number or email address. I found an email address in their response to another complaint on this page. Looking at other reviews, I would stay far, far away from this company. When I type Launch Gift Cards into my web browser, the first autofill dropdown is scam.

    Definitely a scammer!! Was redirected to their website while purchasing an **** gift card; they are NOT ***** Additionally, they have no vehicle for customer service...big red flag there as well. I'm hoping to recover the money I inadvertently sent them for two gift cards I thought I was purchasing from *****

    They refuse transactions from chase bank if you're Mexican. Hopefully I get my money back from the one transaction that snuck through somehow. Oh, and they'll blame you for putting in your info wrong even though you copy and paste from you bank app. I've been trying for a week to get to the bottom of what's going on but launch gift cards doesn't have a phone number. Probably because they must be too busy scamming folks.
