    DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I contracted with Vox Illustration in early 2020 for one book and was so pleased with their work, I contracted for a second book. The first book was done without incident, but the second book is yet to be complete. This has been going on for over 2 1/2 years trying to get this book done, and all I can think is that somewhere along the lines, this company has been sold to who knows. When I working with them initially, they said they were in New York, but any communication as of late, they tell me they're working in **********. I've had numerous project managers that literally have NO CLUE how to get the job done as was done earlier. It seems like a foreign concept to them that they actually did produce books at one time. I do have my illustrations and ISBN luckily but that is only due to the project manager that was there working with me before everything went downhill. Producing the book has been a non-issue for them, and when they have sent something, it looks like a school project gone bad. It's extremely pitiful and so non-professional. IT'S SO BAD! They never return calls or emails. If you reach out to the Help line, Chat or Sales desk, no one will ever do anything for you. They will always say your Project Manager is in a meeting every time you call, and you'll never get a call back. The company is a JOKE! No communication, no product, no anything! If you do talk to a real person, they try to explain that they're working on your project, but NOTHING IS EVER DONE even if you mention legal action, reviews or anything. They just don't care...about your project, your call or anything else except making excuses. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! To this date, I still don't have my second book. I've had to reach out to another company who is extremely professional to finish the project out of my own pocket.
