I am filing this complaint against Tilting Point LLC for failure to deliver a functional digital product as advertised and sold and repeated refusal to offer a refund for non-functional services. I have spent over $600 on the mobile game Avatar Legends: Realms Collide, distributed by Tilting Point LLC which has broken and developers have not fixed the game or allowed my refund request. The product Avatar: Realms collide has continuously failed to operate as advertised. I have video evidence documenting multiple, ongoing malfunctionsincluding hour-long frozen events, broken mechanics, inaccessible gameplay systems, and the removal of vital gameplay operations following weeks of unresolved technical issues. These are not isolated bugs but reflect chronic neglect by the development and support team to maintain or repair core gameplay functionality. When I reached out to the company for assistance, I received canned responses and offers of in-game currency ("gems") as compensationwhich I explicitly rejected. In-game currency has no cash value and cannot substitute for a product that was not delivered as paid. The company acknowledged the issues in writing but refused to provide a monetary refund, despite clear evidence of ongoing service failures and deception in advertising a complete and functional product on platforms like ****** Play. They offered me in-game currency to a broken game instead of approving my request for a refund. Tilting Point LLC has since refused to comment further, stonewalled communications, and ignored my formal demand for a refund and account closure. This conduct violates the ************************ Act, which prohibits unfair or deceptive practices in commerce, including selling broken or non-operational services to consumers.

The game developed by Tilting Point, AN Games, and featuring *********** content has made millions of dollars of a game released as complete which is, in fact, not complete. The game has bugs which completely break it and cost users millions of in game resources and hundreds of thousands of troops which cost real life money. When tickets are made the game is not fixed they simply reset the issue and hope that it does not happen again. There has been a bug where millions in game characters have been stuck in a fight from 2 different sets of people in game allowing unfair advantages in the game that were not agreed to when spending money.

My siblings started playing this Avatar game on my phone. At first, I gave them a couple of bucks to be able to play. Next thing I know, there are $300 in charges. I ask for a refund, the company says I have 7days only. This is a MOBILE VIDEO GAME, and nothing physical was delivered, nor were any actual services provided. All of what was received was IN-GAME and is NOT actually real, but they make the excuse of refunds not being possible? I will also be filing a fraud complaint with my bank. The game is full of timed microtransactions and loot boxes that promote gambling

On Jun 1 I purchased a star pass, which last for the entire month. When opened my app again on Jun 3 my progress had reset. This app has had glitches before but *** always been able to contact the app and they made it right. This time I have only been contacted twice to say theyve let developers know and thats it. Its been 12 days and I have completed 3 tickets contacted the app over 8 times and reached out ************ and Instagram. I have sent screenshots and my receipt and Im getting no help or a refund. Apple denied my claim ** they thinks its an add on but its a monthly pass. I would like my money back or my pass. I spend too much money a month. And the customer service has been awful.
