    My son was registered at NYC Elite Gymnastics in Tribeca. I did not know this in advance but I had to pay for full months of classes regardless of whether the gym cancels classes or has no classes because of holidays. No future credit for the same class is issued.My son was registered for November and December 2021. The gym did not have classes in half of November and half of December because of the holidays. They do not give credit for the missed classes so I paid twice the price for classes. I called them and they said they only allow make-up classes BUT they do not track the make-up classes AND it cannot be applied to your child's future classes for the same time and date AND you have to call them the week before to schedule the class on their availability, not yours. If the classes available on your schedule are full, no luck for me. Since my son only takes gymnastics once a week on a certain day and time, it's really hard to find a second day and time in the same week for the makeup classes because all the classes we want are usually taken (weekdays after school and weekend mornings). Since they don't even track make-up classes, it seems like most parents end up not using them anyway. Also, you must be registered and paying monthly tuition in order to use the make-up classes from previous months.We would like credit for the classes NYC Elite Gymnastics cancelled because of the holidays or sick days to apply to future classes. This should be about one month of classes.
