    I purchased 2 tickets for PaintnPour: - Event was for 9 pm est 6/16 -I tested positive for COVID morning of 6/16 -Reached out their support to share this and request to please let me have full credits and ill book a new class - Was informed this was not possible that my only choice was to loose my money even though I am positive for COVID - I replied and stated - Okay so you are fine with us attending with a positive covid? (*which is concerning if this is my only option as it puts my health and the health of others at risk, esp as an indoor space with food and drinks and no mask requirements) - They replied back and said no and immediately moved to refund me only 50% of my purchase I do not believe I should be held financially responsible for prioritizing my health and public health by doing the right thing. The company needs a policy for this and especially since its 3 years into Covid - a policy on health/to support this so customers are not punished is the right thing to do. I believe in a court of law that this would also be agreed upon.

    I booked 6 (2 bookings with 5 tickets and 1 ticket) seats to ***************************** on Nov 17, 2022 for an event scheduled for Dec 8, 2022 at 7pm. This was a team event to celebrate the holidays. On Nov 19 I found out that one of my team members had to take unexpected time off for personal reasons on Dec 8. I contacted ***************************** to reschedule the class to another date which had openings for our group (Dec 15). This was simply a reschedule well ahead of time.*****************************'s policy is Reservations can be cancelled a minimum of 24h prior to the class start time subject to a $10 booking fee. Any missed reservations or cancellations with less than 3hrs notice to class time are subject to no refund or reschedule. Nowhere in the above policy does it state that reschedules are also subject to $10 booking fee. I reached out to ***** and ****** on Nov 20 to ask if we could reschedule our groups event and she said no that is not possible and I would need to cancel my reservation (subject to the $10 fee) and make a new reservation. This is an unethical practice as I was not trying to cancel my tickets but rather just reschedule way ahead of time that they would be able to fill up the class on Dec 8. In my case that would cost me $60 in total for my team. In this tough economy and inflationary environment that is a tough cost for me to incur for my team as it came out of pocket, which is on top of the cost of the tickets themselves. I am filing this issue to complain against the unethical cancel fees that I was charged and hoping to receive a refund on the cancel fees I was charged for the 6 tickets I purchased. I have uploaded my tickets and the email I received.
