    BUYERS BEWARE. Do not give this company your credit card. It is impossible to cancel. I received a written cancellation confirmation and was still charged over $600!

    I signed up with Noom and I put the information about already have been taking medication it their doctor put me in initial dose. Within literally 3 minutes of receiving the message with the dosage information I messaged the doctor back. I didnt receive a message back for 3 days. I tried messaging care team no message back for 2 days and all they said was to email support. I did not want medication to ship with wrong dosage so I cancelled. I need my refund of initial payment since I did not receive any medication. Today I see they tried to charge me for $398.99. Luckily I had my money in savings and not checking so it declined because why would you be trying to charge me $398.98 when the monthly amount is $200 something and I canceled and never received anything. Tried chat but no one ever answers or if they finally do dont answer you until you think they left and close it out. If you call you get call center in ***** with people who you cant understand and dont know anything. I want my refund and for them to quit trying to charge me for something I canceled.

    NoomMed is a scam. I paid for their service to be evaluated by one of the medical professionals to secure a weight loss drug. After spending money on their 'membership' and waiting two weeks for my medical appointment, I arrived ten minutes early to the virtual appointment as requested. I waited for an hour and the medical professional never joined the virtual call. There was ZERO response in the moment from their 'Care team' and when they finally responded over an hour later they said that my appointment had been 'canceled' and they could not help me rebook. The next appointment was another two weeks away. When I lodged my complaint they cancelled my membership and cancelled the appointment I rescheduled. This service is a SCAM. They take your money and then don't provide any customer service or medical care. RUN AWAY from this pathetic scam of a company!

    The meds seems to help lose some weight but after a very long time. And they charge but do not send the meds. When trying to cancel, it is nearly impossible to find any help to do that. One chat refers you to another chat then refers you to counselors who refer you to the website which refers you to a chat. When you finally get a live agent on the chat, the person says you cancelled that's why the meds weren't sent. But it was because the meds were sent, THAT is why I was trying to cancel. I would have continued for 2 more rounds to see if I could get more results but it was such a headache!

    I had been taking Noom's medication for 5 weeks now. I have not lost a single pound. Per the doctor's instructions, I went up slowly from 20 units, to 30 units, etc. After my 1 month trial I received a box in the mail with 3 vials. I went up to 40 units, per my initial instructions. The medication in the new vials are NOT the same as the original. I put something in my body that was NOT the same as the first month. I don't know why you switched the meds out without being clear, but 40 units is WAY too much and I go violently ill and ended up in the *** When I called to speak to a manager today, he was very rude. He gave me a partial refund but refused the full refund amount. Noom does NOT make it clear that the medication is not the same as it is from the first month.

    STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!! NOOM HAS AND OFFERS ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WILL NOT CALL YOU! THEY KEEP EMAILING THE SAME/TIRED EMAIL AND NOTHING CHANGES!!!!!!

    I found the premium package helpful. I like spending a few minutes listening to the teachings and having the calorie counter the step counter. However, some of the pop-*** are really annoying. And I upgraded to new med which of course then cost more money. Their doctors couldn't figure out how to get on the phone. So I paid more money got nothing out of it. They would say that noon would reschedule me which never happened. So it was just a waste of money. So I just had them cancel my subscription entirely. No response from noom. So apparently they don't care if they have customers or not.

    I was alerted to a charge on my credit card for a subscription I canceled 2 years ago. The company will not refund my money even though they acknowledge I dont have a subscription. The customer service is awful. They just say the same thing over and over again. I disputed the charge but this horrible company say the same thing to them. Basically, you dont have a subscription but thats too bad. I do not want to pay for something I dont have or want. I want my money back.

    Absolute scam! If I could give zero stars, I would. I could never access any of the messages sent by the doctor. They were very quick to process my payment but when I reached out, I continually got the runaround. Finally issued a refund for less than half my total cost. Absolute joke. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY unless you like flushing money down the toilet.

    I was a longstanding loyal member of both weight loss and anxiety. This is been for years and initially it was very good. But over the last couple years it seems like the bottom line is money and outsourcing. I had trouble with a coach and there is no one to talk to except someone outsourced. Multiple calls and could never speak to a true supervisor about a problem with a counselor. Referred many people over the years but it's not like it used to be. There's no appreciation of the customer or of improvement.
