    Horrible management company. If your healthcare professional uses these people. RUN, RUN, RUN! Terrible customer service!

    As a provider, I am extremely distressed. This company is terribly mismanaged and was obviously launched too fast. We will be pulling our account from their platform as soon as possible. Strongly advise providers who engage in anything more than very basic therapy from interacting with them at all.

    My therapist uses Headway to process claims. The issue I have is Headway charges my personal card, gets paid by my insurance company in full because I'm 100% covered, and then I have to argue with them to get my money back. For whatever reason, they claim they can't verify my coverage. Also, they're extremely difficult to get ahold of. All I could find was a generic email that would be unresponsive until I'd send a nasty email. I finally submitted a fraud claim through my bank because Headway has taken so long. Thankfully, my therapist can file claims directly with my insurance company, which I strongly encourage everyone to ask for if their therapist tries to use Headway.
