      I missed the payment of $5 because my card was expired. I called an associate to update my card and my payment went through. I was told by the associate that I won't be charged for the late fee because its the first time. But I was charged for $73.14 from my card for no reason. Also I paused my gym membership.

      Manager (********) was rude and disrespectful after claiming my payment did not go through. She refused to run my card in front of me After I insisted, she said she will cancel my membership because I git aggravated by extremely rude nasty behavior. Harasssing customers to feed her ego. This is not the way to keep customers

      i cancelled my membership after 12 2022. they continued to charge my account and accumulate a debt of $200. i kindly told the front desk that i didnt attend to the gym i was actually overseas and to freeze/or cancel my membership back in 2022-12. i called today feb. 21 2023. and they stated nothing was done and the membership was kept active and accumulated fees. i told her i didnt attend and i froze my account. she continued to tell me there is nothing we can do and if you dont pay it's gonna go to collections she also stated there was going to be a fee of $100 for feb. and march for renewing contract even after she told me she wanted to pay me $200. she notes if i dont pay by feb. - its gong to go to collections along with the march dues even though i told her i never came and i never will. please help me

      Lucille Roberts erroneous charged for membership from January 2020 to October 2021. During the pandemic there was no communication regarding closure/open of gym. When I inquired about erroneous deductions from and status of gym access during pandemic, Lucille Roberts staff informed me (1) they were taken over by NYSports Club and membership increased (2) communication regarding gym access was sent from Townsportsinternational and could have gone to "spam."I'm seeking assistance with recouping $584.86. My membership with Lucille was $19.99 per month, $29.99 was deducted from my account without my knowledge/consent. (SEE ATTACHMENT)
