    Business Response

    Date: 06/02/2023

    Hello ************!

Our company did not show you fake numbers and it is disappointing that you are suggesting that we never worked with *********. ********* was a Fruit Street customers and our ***-recognized diabetes prevention program was offered as a covered benefit to more than ****** of their employees.

Fruit Street also has had contracts in the past with major companies such as ***** Airlines, CareFirst BCBS, the ******* Department of Health, ************ Department of Health, and is currently contracted with a publicly traded company. We have enrolled more than ****** patients with prediabetes into our program and I was recently invited to the *********** Conference on Hunger, Nutrition, and Health. The *** has also invited Fruit Street to participate in their Lifestyle Change Intervention Research Network which I will be attending in August.

In addition, Fruit Street is currently an ******** ******** provider and is in the process of contracting with all of the ******** plans in the state.

In addition, your accusation that we are charging you $50 per month is not accurate. I believe you are referring to the account that you opened with ************* which is a fee that ************* charges to you as an investor.

I have also never stopped responding to your emails and I have responded to every email that you sent me. I never threatened you.

You signed a stock purchase agreement agreeing to invest in our company which outlines that you need to wait until our company is acquired or has an IPO before you may have an opportunity to sell your shares. This is how the majority of startup investments are structured.

We sincerely appreciate your support of Fruit Street's social mission of diabetes prevention. Your investment has supported the delivery of the diabetes prevention program to patients with prediabetes. We could have not built the company without your help!

We kindly request you delete this post because the information you posted is false and we never provided you with false information.

    Thanks,

    ********

    Better Business Bureau:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

Hi, thank you for the email. In relation to reference ID in the subject line the complaint has NOT been resolved. I took your advise and I am currently in the process of filling a litigation. I have contacted an attorney because my investment amount has been taken after providing incomplete information threats and possibly fraudulent.
    Thank you
