      Ive submitted a grievance against this facility at this point. My insurance company nor I have been able to contact the facility by phone since December 2024 and I do not hear back from them for several days or weeks by email. 1. I specified during my visit that I only wanted services that are covered under my insurance. 2. I was informed that Junos therapy service is covered under my insurance. I was erroneously billed $150 and it was subsequently waived. Collaborative care was suggested as an alternative.3. After my ****************** appointment (my first and last), I was erroneously billed $110. This bill was also waived.4. Now I have a $130+ bill for lab services, which I expressly stated to my PCP Dr. ****** that I only wanted if covered under my ************ after receiving a third bill that I shouldnt have received in the first place, I'm left with no choice but to submit a grievance through my insurance and submit a review with the BBB. I hope this doesn't happen to others. *****

      I used to love Juno and saw the same provider several times over the course of 2 years. They had great response times over phone and email, and it was easy to schedule both in-person and virtual appointments. Now, a year later, their app usability as well as service have gone 100% downhill to where it's effectively unusable. My emails have gone ignored for multiple weeks and they haven't picked up the phone no matter what time or day I call, which has caused a lot of stress and anxiety over a prescription I need refilled. I finally scheduled another virtual visit, which I'm sure they will charge me for, and was a janky experience as they did not include a Zoom link in the appointment email (in fact, they still specify a physical address which is extra confusing). Not to mention their login page erroring out half the time and then not being able to click into details on your past visits or medical records... basically Juno borders on gross negligence in how they handle their patients and the service (or lack thereof) they now provide. I only hope people with more severe medical needs never have to go through them!

      Ive been a patient of Juno for over a year and their quality of care has gone significantly downhill. I made an appointment via phone a month ago and when I went in for my appointment, the receptionist said my doctor had left for the day and that I wasnt in the system. Their online portal has also been down for over a month and I cant access my medical records. I would advise against this practice

      Juno Medical unexpectedly closed their ******* practice with no notice, a major bummer as my husband and I both loved our PCP at their practice. They promised to try our hardest to assist you in making arrangements to ensure continuity of your medication.Since then, I have followed their instructions with prescription refill requests for me and my husband to no human response. It has been almost a month since my initial reach out, and we are out of refills. I have tried multiple emails and phone calls. This is horrible patient experience putting my husbands and my health at risk; We have scheduled appts with a new PCP but could not get in until late April, and there is no guarantee that it will be the right fit on the first try. We need continuity of our medication. It is the least Juno could do in these circumstances. This is untrustworthy behavior from a medical practice, and I cannot recommend that you trust them with your care.
