    I contacted Audicus Hearing Aids and was connected their ************************* Office. I paid for hearing aids. I was told I have to take another hearing test. as the original test results were incorrect. I took the second test and that did not give accurate result, again. I no longer want to deal with the Audicus Hearing Aids. I have e-mailed them three times for the refund of $2,596.00 and they are ignoring my request and suggesting I take the test a third time.

    I ordered a hearing aid on-line and paid for it but could not take the hearing test. I am no longer interested in getting the hearing aid. I requested a refund by check since I no longer have access to the credit card used. I've contacted the company many times but no one has responded.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

    I requested a refund three times prior and explained that since so much time passed from my original refund request to now I no longer have access to the credit card used  I asked for a check refund since so much time transpired  no one returned my email messages and the chat feature on the website doesnt work also their phone number doesnt work  this is a scam

    This customer cancelled her order and was refunded in full back to the original payment method used to make the purchase. We can only refund the payment method used to make the purchase.  This customer will need to work with her credit company/bank to determine how to proceed. Her proof of refund is attached to this response and it includes an Acquirer Reference Number. This number can be used as a tracking value for a customers bank to find a missing refund. As we have processed this refund over a year ago, the customer needs to talk to her bank if she is still unable to access her refund. We are unable to take any further action here as her refund has already been processed on our end.
