    Read the fine print (if you can find it). I am an experienced hearing aid user and decided to test several OTC hearing aids, including Audicus. They appear to be good hearing aids, but just were not right for me. I received the hearing aids on Oct 30, 2023, tried them for a week and returned them. During the return process I learned that it takes them ***** days after receipt of the hearing aids to process a refund. In my opinion, that is a absurd amount of time. They confirmed receipt of the product on Nov 8, 2023 but I have heard nothing since then. Just be aware.

    I love this company I have had hearing aids for four years now they have been difficult to even obtain because of how high they are on prices. When I found ******* they were willing to work with me with the budget as well as the friendly people on staff they have been with me throughout the entire journey that I have had with them since February 2023. Before I started without a kiss, I spent ************************************************************************ with the loss that I have and were unable to find any when I came across them on the website I did some research as to what others were saying about them I contacted ******* started talking to one of the audiologist as well as the sales rep. ***** about the pricing asked about the care asked them about the appointments that were needed with these and they have made it so painless that I would not find another company. I went ahead and got another set of hearing aids pay monthly on them to ************** to use while in the process of paying these off they have worked with me financially even when I ended up in a bar where I couldnt pay it for that month and was able to defer payments even as I needed to. I definitely recommend *******. I would not recommend any other company, but they are definitely on your side throughout the entire journey.

    All was fine to start with and then took my money just fine with a 45 day free trial. When I decided that they were not right for me and sent them back it took over 60 days to get a refund. I still have not received a credit for the ** adapter and it was in the same box. All were ln perfect condition. So if they work for you, great but it not be prepared to dig deep into your savings account, because if you don't want to pay a lot of interest $$$ your refund will be long after it's due. Now I have a big credit on my card and the money is not in my savings account.

    I bought what was advertised as "hearing aids" and was charged over $1,900.00. Upon receipt I tried to use them, without much success. No matter what setting I used (restaurant, airport, etc) all I received was an increase in volume but the background noise prevented me from hearing well. I was in touch with them and was unable to get satisfactory results. I told them I wanted a refund and asked for refund/return policy. I was sent an email finally giving instructions for the return. I followed the instructions and mailed the product back, insured and proof of delivery, via **** on 9/27/23. I have a tracking receipt which shows they are in possession of the return 10/2. I have yet to receive a refund and have not heard from them regarding a refund. Really?! $1900.00 for a sound magnifying device instead of a true hearing aid! I would like Audicus to contact me regarding a refund and an apology.

    Disappointed with Refund Policy and Hidden Costs I recently had an experience with Audicus while purchasing and subsequently returning a pair of hearing aids, and I must say that I'm quite disappointed with their refund policy and the hidden costs associated with it.Firstly, I decided to return the hearing aids I had purchased as they didn't meet my expectations. To my surprise, Audicus deducted an amount from my refund for the initial shipping to ******, which amounted to $75 USD. While I understand that shipping costs are often non-refundable, this was not clearly communicated during the purchase process, and it felt like an unnecessary and unexpected expense.What was even more frustrating was the fact that I had to bear the cost of return shipping, which turned out to be more than $150 USD. This made the whole return process feel like a financial setback rather than a straightforward resolution to my concerns.While the hearing aids themselves might have been of decent quality, the overall experience of dealing with Audicus has left me dissatisfied. The lack of transparency regarding shipping costs and the unexpected financial burden of return shipping have soured my impression of the company's customer service and refund process.As a customer, I believe in fair and transparent business practices. Unfortunately, my experience with Audicus has not met these expectations. I hope that Audicus will consider revising its refund policy or better communicate any associated costs in the future. Until then, I cannot wholeheartedly recommend Audicus to others, especially those who might be considering purchasing hearing aids from outside *****************.In summary, my interaction with Audicus has left me feeling let down and frustrated due to the shipping costs I had to cover. I hope that the company takes steps to improve its customer experience and ensure that future customers are fully informed about all potential costs involved.

    The negative reviews on BBB speak for themselves.BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY AND ITS FRAUDULENT ADVERTISING My mother ordered hearing aids. She was told she can return the hearing aids within 30 days for a full refund including prepaid shipping.When it came time to return, the prepaid shipping wasnt provided - had to ask for it. Then they said after the return is received it will take 40 days to get a refund. No where did they mention that a refund would take 40 days to process. Why does it take 40 days? Because they want to use your money to fund their business.Shady company - beware!

    I've struggled with my hearing loss for years and finally decided to address it. went locally initially and they were trying to charge me 8k for a pair of hearing aids! My brother recommended Audicus and they were offering the same pair for just over 3k.I purchased and the entire process was great. Everyone was super helpful and the hearing aids work great. I'd say if support is something that is important to you, Audicus is the way to go.
