    I purchased this air conditioner from Neptune Air and when I turned it on the noise coming from the unit was unbearable. i called the company 3 to 5 times and they finally scheduled a repair. No one showed up on the scheduled appointment and no one called. I have called the company 3 or 4 more times and they have not returned my call. This company is so unprofessional that I could never recommend them to anyone. Meanwhile I cannot sleep in my room with this noisy air conditioner. If the company cannot service the A/C and fix the air conditioner, I want them to replace the A/C immediately.

    For some reason we missed this complaint and was not in our attention and replying now.

    We have already been to the client, diagnosed the a/c, sent in the report and estimate for repair vs installation of new a/c (as it was requested) etc
