      Ordered 2 items on Dec 11th based on the fact that as per their website "Orders placed before 2pm EST M-F will begin processing that day. Orders placed after 2pm EST M-F will begin processing the next business day." It is now Dec 22nd and my order is still listed as "unfulfilled" and they now how have a notice on their site saying that "Due to a high volume of orders, processing & shipping times may be delayed. " But after going online and talking with other customers and reading past reviews, 30 days or more for shipping seems to be pretty standard for them. I ordered replacement items from another retailer and requested that Justice cancel my order, which they refused because "What if we give you a refund and then the order ships?". Absolutely unacceptable.

      What a horrible experience. It took over a month to get my order. When I finally did it was missing 6 items. I was only refunded for 1! I called today and was hung up on. I am beyond frustrated with this company and would never shop here again. I was consistently told I had to wait longer for my order, that there was nothing they could do. I was beyond disappointed when I finally got my order today only to have so many items missing. I was never notified and offered anything else in exchange. They would not expedite shipping or anything. They were rude over email and over the phone.
