    I purchased some 5 jars of honey from **** and *** Sweet Bee Farm on 11/08/2024 and I still havent not received my order. I tried emailing them multiple times and no response I tried calling but got a voicemail and mailbox is full cannot leave a message.

    I made a purchase from this business and am unable to get my product, get a refund nor get a response from the company. I have made numerous requests and have never received a response.

    I purchased 2 bottles of honey both for $43.44 and money was debited from my my bank account December 5, 2024. After submitting my information, I was to receive a confirmation email but I never did. After several email to refund my money, all I received were automated emails that they would get back to me in 1-2 days and that hasnt happened. Im disgusted by this company as *** purchased from them before with no hardship.

    Placed an order for honey on November 7th. Nothing has been shipped. I sent two emails through their website for updates, both were ignored. I now have to dispute the charges through my credit card company.

    I placed an order on 7/13/24 for two items, both the same price. The order total was $43.44. The website said they normally ship within two days. On 7/23/24, I emailed the company and asked when it would ship. I got an auto reply stating, "Our team will be sure to get back to you within 1-2 business days (usually must faster!)." I emailed again 7/25/24. I received a response 7/26 that blamed the delay on "some changes internally" and said my order would be shipped within three days. I received it on 7/31/24 and emailed the company right away to report an issue with one of the items. The honey had run out of the honeycomb container all over the inner box and through to the outer shipping box. I followed up with another email on 8/5/24 providing a photo. I emailed again on 8/12/24. I got a response on 8/14/24 stating "We can replace your order free of charge if you'd like, or we can get you a refund on that. Just write us back with which one you'd prefer..." I replied the same day, "I would like a replacement; however, if it would be shipped in the same manner, I fear the same thing will occur. So, unless you know of a way to get it to me intact, I think a refund is the best option." I never heard from them again. I emailed on 8/20/2024 asking for a reply. I emailed on 9/5/24 asking for a refund. I emailed for the last time on 9/15/24, "Your honey is so good, but the lack of customer support is very disappointing. This is my last request to you for a refund. If I still get no response, I will file a complaint with the BBB." So, I am filing this complaint today, 9/30/2024. This should have been a simple transaction between me and the company rather than me having to resort to this. I just want a refund for the item - $21.72.

    I emailed them directly one last time requesting a refund on 10/16/2024 but have gotten no response as of today, 10/26/24.
