    I have completed two rounds of laser liposuction with very minimal results and complications. Post op care is sub par and I am requesting a resolution with a partial refund. BBB needs to do better and WARN consumer of this company. BBB has not help resolve my issue in the past.

    Date of my procedure was June 6, 2022. I am very upset and disappointed with the amount of money I paid of $12,000. I was told that the incision was going to be minimum and very small incision scar. My body was completely ruined with 2 visible holes at the bottom back and 2 visible holes at the bra area. I was told before the procedure that the holes were going to barely see them. How am I able to wear a top with those holes that can be visibly see. Apart from that I told the doctor that I suffer from Keloids and was told I was not going to have a problem which was a lie because now I'm stuck with those horrible marks on my body in which I will have to pay more money now to correct it and on top of everything the fat I was told that was being removed was not even removed. I look the same as the day before the procedure. I am not going to ruin my body again and go through that horrible procedure again for a second time. I told the doctor that if they guaranteed the fat removal I was going to pay that amount and was also a lie because I saw 0 change on my body and for the amount of money I paid for full back and waist was completely unworthy it. I could have not wasted my time, my money with them. I told them before doing this procedure that I wanted to see a BIG change not minimum to no change for that I would have taken my money else where and not ruin my body like it now with 4 ugly brown holes in my body where I cant even show my back and where a seamless back shirt or any top because you can clearly see them and the same fat problems that I had at the beginning. I want full refund for my procedure, this is ridiculous, something has to be done immediately. I want my money back. They ruined my body and no fat was removed.

    I have reached out to no end with this company and I am not pleased. Came in for services in 2021. Prior to coming in I got the worst service from the sales team that knows absolutely nothing. Now my medical background I knew they didn't know to the extent that I did however, providing false information and flat out calling potential patients fat was very tacky.Billing was terrible as well. I did not authorize them to finance me with several companies. So I am now stuck paying 2 bills each month instead of one and the prices are both really high. The recovery they lie to you even in the pitch to the point where they say you can go back to work the next day but you can't!Never received follow *** to come and see the doctor, I had to keep calling. It felt like once they got your money they didn't care about you. I added on a service and paid cash and did not get the service I paid for.I finally spoke with a doctor it was supposed to be 6 months after procedure however, they dont follow up so I called and finally got in ************************************************************************************** that moment I knew this was a mistake and I regret getting anything done. I am not pleased at all! I did not get what I paid for and I would like to talk with someone in corporate to come to a reasonable resolution.
