    My husband was rushed to the Mount ***** hospital on November 9, 2023. I just wanted to thank ************************************* for taking care of my husband and be constantly in contact with us no matter if this was a day or night. Hospital is very clean compared to the other hospitals in the Brooklyn. Fantastic stuff starting from emergency room all away to the floor were my husband was admitted. Thanks to Russian speaking nurses on the 2 floor and *************************! Dear Doctor ************************ thanks a million for your knowledge, kindness and understanding!

    Complaint The ****** ****** ******************************** *************************************** 03/08/2023 *****pm In all my years of being treated well at Mount Sinai by caring and polite staff, yesterday I had the worst experience here due to the incredible rudeness and racist hostility shown to me inside the waiting area by a female receptionist called ********. Her disrespect and attack were so severe that two doctors decided I could not take the scheduled stress test. Please see the photos taken after ******** refused to give me her name.

    1. *** hospital gave some false billing. And manipulated bills mo ths after the service *** payment was provided. 2. *** hospital also provided a false report months after the service was provided. 3. Hospital forced me to take a diagnostic test as a condition to arrange an appointmnet with an ENT which was not needed or recommended by a doctor.
