      Recently i Visited ******************** Hospital in ************ and the several experience i had were horrible but also some of their information policies and what they do with your information and how they store and display it is suspect also how they categorize patients is a joke, Every time you go there on the discharge papers your Account number changes, also every time i go there and you receive the discharge papers my wrong address and primary doctor aren't correct but as you page through the discharge papers you see the correct primary and the correct address its almost like two different profiles are always on these papers and when you tell the staff they get loud and obnoxious telling you didn't give them the right information meanwhile when you come in you give them your government ID and ********************** insurance card it's almost like the computer retains multiple addresses and multiple primary doctors if applicable also these doctors the list as being the doctor that saw you , you never even saw that doctor it was another PA, or Nurse, also the last time i went i had three prescriptions they prescribed me and the emergency room was supposed to send the prescriptions to my pharmacy which was CVS on Rockaway TPKE, in total i waited 7 hours for those prescriptions that were never called over to CVS the pharmacist from CVS called over to the hospital 3 different times finally the pharmacist had to get a manual authorization and the *** # of a physician at the hospital because the hospital couldn't figure out what happened also there were no NDC # provided either I had to call ******** RX Hotline and involve Healthfirst my insurance company to help and to this day St. ***** doesn't even acknowledge or resolve that issue the other two prescriptions i paid out of pocket for, and when you go to the hospital, they say they put you in something called Fast Track but in that section are criminals and police watching people who have been arrested filthy bathrooms

      My original birth certificate was lost and when another one was ordered my information was incorrect. The spelling of my first name was changed. Since September 2023 I have been trying to get the spelling of my first name corrected and I have been having a hard time because I am being told that every document that I submit is not acceptable and I am submitting what they are asking for. I recently went to ******** on October 7th, and I was told that I was approved, and I should receive my birth certificate in the mail within 30 to 60 days. I received a letter in the mail pretty much stating that I was denied again. One of my visits to ******** I head a gentleman complaining because he was going through the same thing with the spelling of his name being changes on his birth certificate. Also, I have called multiple times, and 2 employees said to me that years ago a lot of employees were fired because they were changing information on birth certificates without proof and now people are coming in and having problems because information on their birth certificate has changed. I feel like there should have been a class action lawsuit on this situation and instead of their being one. We are given the run around and told that we would have to go to court to file for a name change (Which would cost hundreds of dollars).

      This hospital is so un organized, disgusting, nurses are not nurses they are no where to be found and when found they have a disgusting attitude. No one comes in the room to clean up after each of the patients.This hospital needs to be shut down. They don't clean and they are going to spread a disease farther than it should be spread.The management is collecting money on claims and the patients are suffering for bad service.

      I am being billed for a service that I did not receive, I have never been to this facility, and I am still ill.

      on 3-8-2023 i paid kings county dental ****** for a dental procedure that was covered my insurance because they refused to complete the procedure without payment. my insurance explained to them that they in fact did covered the procedure and i should not be charged however, i was charged anyway. on 3-16-23 i was told that a mistake was made and now kings county dental is now refusing to refund my payment in cash like i paid in a timely manner.

      They claim to offer a free training LPN program sponsored by ***, but they never answer their phones nor is the email they provide valid.I feel that there is some king of false advertising and possible fraudulent information that is given to the public.
