    The ruined my birthday & humiliated me & wouldnt honor reservations. Now I hear this is how they treat people all the time. Who do they think they are? They had me in tears! Hotel manager of **************** (which is who they are renting the bar space from) was so kind trying to assist and they still wouldnt let my guest in despite having reservations. Is it legal to operate a business like this? Discriminate? Can you make the put a disclosure- make reservations but be aware we may not grant them. Truly hate this place & hope they go & stay out of business. Is it money laundering? Since they rather be empty than get thousands of dollars from guests?

    Horrible! Go to a website for a certain location and you think youre buying a gift card for that restaurant and then in fine print, its not valid there. Total scam disputing charge as I type.
