    Now operating as Equity, a vendor for Black and Decker. Bought their washer two years ago, out of warranty. They won't help me fix the unit in any way, telling me to close the washer door and turn on the power button, that's it. No parts, no repair manuals, no repairs offered or referenced. Avoid!

    HAVING SAME PROBLEM AS OTHERS WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE AND REPLACEMENT OF A/C HERE'S AND IDEAL LET'S BRING A CLASS ACTION SUIT AGAINST ************** & W APPALANCE THEY WILL GET RIGTH THEN I BET.

    Sent in my portable ac unit for repairs and still have not heard from them and its been 3 months now. Horrible customer service

    Started my warranty claim with them almost 2 months ago. It took them 2 weeks to send me a prepaid shipping label. I sent my AC back to them and it has been a month since it was delivered to their warehouse. I call in every week asking about my replacement status and each time they say it is shipping soon and to call in next week if it is not yet shipped. They even tell me it is escalated every time, but I still never get ***** tracking information. It's July and incredibly hot, but I have no replacement AC. They recently changed their support # options so that it automatically hangs up on you if you are following up.

    Purchased a portable air conditioner from Black and ******. It failed a few months after purchase. They said that I have to go through W Appliance. I reached out and after a few weeks of trying to reach someone, I got an email saying they would ship me a replacement and asked me to allow up to two weeks for shipping. I waited three and then sent a follow up. They first acted like they had zero information on my claim and when I sent them screenshots of the email saying a replacement had been ordered, I got radio silence. Ive been sending a daily email now for over a week and cant get anyone to respond. Biggest scam operation ever going on between Black and ****** and W Appliance. Using the Black and ****** name to market product that W Appliance has zero intention to support when it fails.

    I am not getting service I need in regard to my "replacement" portable a/c unit. 2 in one yr is too many. They want to replace it again, and i do not want another. No refunds?
