    I just love this company. I have been ordering from their site without issue for 2 years now. It was only this past month I had to reach out to them. Unfortunately, the hot dish I ordered was damaged during transit and I had to reach out to their customer service team. They were very quick to respond, offered a full refund and sent a replacement hot dish. Great Jones, thank you for making sure my kitchen is full of bright and durable cook and bakeware! Will be purchasing more this holiday season.

    This company is a borderline scam. They advertise themselves as a premium cookware/home goods company but I received a casserole dish in the mail shattered (no packaging materials were used on a fragile item and the box was not marked fragile) and a baking sheet scratched beyond belief out of the box. They also have not responded to complaints via email and Ive had to dispute the transaction with my credit card company. They are a nightmare.
