    I placed an order on their website and never received it. I tried contacting they through their website and never heard back. I contacted on their instagram and ******** and still no response. Terrible experience. Huge waste of money.

The boards are slippery, and my mother injured her fingers while using them. Additionally, the design, featuring numerous dots on the board, prevents food from adhering properly, and the board doesn't secure safely to the kitchen counter. Due to these reasons, I am not satisfied with the product and wish to return it.The return policy on the Joseph Joseph website states: "If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, simply return it to us in its original condition using the returns address listed in your package within 30 days, and well refund the purchase price to your account. Well happily refund the original delivery charge too, but only if the refund is due to a faulty product or an error on our part."Complaints: I am deeply frustrated by the lack of customer service, as I have had no response to my email requests for a return label, sent to ************************************ and ******************************** Additionally, no one answers the customer service phone number *************), despite my attempts at various times, including GMT and EST. It has been nearly one month since my initial request for a return, and I have not received any response from Joseph Joseph. All I am asking for is the ability to return the product as per the company's return policy.

    I purchased a knife brush online and was quite disappointed in the poor, shoddy quality of the product. The customer service is NON-EXISTENT and I will never buy any of their products again. I wish to receive a full refund. I called the number provided on their website and never received an answer after leaving several messages. I finally left a message for another department other than customer service, and received a call back from someone in leadership who told me that he would personally see to it that the customer service department would get my message. I have not heard back from anyone, even after several more attempts over several months. This company needs to change how they do business!

    I am writing to file a product claim for a defective item I purchased online. The product is the CupboardStore Expandable Shelf, with SKU: *****, and it was part of online order #******. I have been using it very gently since I received it. However, to my disappointment, after just one month of use, the corner of the shelf has broken.I believe this issue falls within the guarantee period, and I've been requesting files several times but no one reply.

    I purchased a garbage/recycling bin on-line and it was delivered on 1/27/23. The lid does not open properly (it slowly opens halfway or not at all). I emailed customer service on 2/3/23 with a video of the problem, order and batch # to request a replacement, and never received a response. I have emailed again on 4 occasions and called customer service and left voicemail messages 6 times with no response. I cannot reach anyone or get a response to get a replacement.

    The item I purchased is poor quality and rust even though the item was described otherwise. The item is within the guarantee/warranty window and I provided all the information that was requested such as pictures, batch code, proof of purchase, etc. I emailed Joseph Joseph dozens of times with no response. I tried calling several times and could only get a voice mail. I left several messages and no one returned my call. I have been trying to get a refund or replacement for several months now.

    Placed order #****** on 11/26/22 for several items. Shipment was delivered on 12/13/22 but one of the items delivered (DrawerStore) was not an item that I ordered + one of the items I did order (Nest Lock 5pc Storage) was not included. I've tried without avail to contact the company to arrange for sending back the item sent in error and to receive the item I did order - emails, voicemails go unanswered. Additionally, it seems their customer service is located internationally (not in US) and they are never available - calls always ring to voicemail. I need help returning this item sent in error and receiving the item that I ordered (or a refund for it).

    At this time, I have not been contacted by Joseph Joseph, Inc. regarding complaint ID ********. **************** has reversed the charge for me and will remain off my bill unless they hear from the business. I wish to never do business with this company ever again and hope you will warn others of their lack of any kind of customer service, even when the issue is their fault.
