    I sent many messages and tried to call this company and NO response EVER! I've waiting over a month and NO ONE ever got back to me. I spent $140 because I have severe allergies and need organic cotton and I'm left with a hole in my blanket! It arrived damaged and I contacted immediately!The company also made sure NOT to publish my honest review to their website!

    I have followed Under the Canopy's instructions listed in their online *************** section to exercise my CCPA rights as a ********** resident and made a deletion request on May 1 2024. I have followed up an additional 3x via email since then and have yet to receive a single response. I have attempted 2-3 phone calls as well but they do not appear to have agents picking up the phone. Each time during business yours, the calls go to voicemail. The legal timeframe to complete CCPA requests is 45 days.

    Our sincere apologies for any miscommunication on our part. The emails that we received were in response to promotional emails that were sent. We did not realize that there was action that needed to be taken. We strive to provide exceptional customer service; we were not able to locate any voicemails from ***************************. We are sorry that she had difficulty reaching us.

    We can confirm that the personal data has been erased and attached a copy of the confirmation.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

    Thanks.  I just want to reiterate this was not/ is not an opt-out request.  They have an obligation to delete the information from both their systems and inform all service providers who may have received my personal information to delete it from their systems as well.  Here is the last marketing email received.  Email is considered a unique personal identifier and was required to be deleted. I'm still disappointed that this business will not respond via their publicly listed contact methods at all without BBB intervention.
