      I am still dealing with the repercussions a data breach issue where my personal social security number and bank account numbers were taken. All of my employees socials were taken. The company hired one of NYC's top law firms to make me aware they had hired a law-firm when I had reached out for simple information to protect myself. They were on the defense from the start. This originally happened in march of 2023. I lost everything I had worked hard for my entire life, today April 2025 is the day I feel recovered enough mentally and emotionally to deal with the pain, trauma, and suffering this business has caused me. Claiming to help small businesses is nothing but the business plan they wanted to run on. Very poor cyber security and accountability of issues they cause will be their downfall.

      Absolutely horrible customer service. Told me they couldn't rollover an HSA. Opened a case, took no action and closed it within the hour. If I could give this company negative stars I would do so.

      The worst payroll and benefits admin company that I've experienced. My employer (startup) used Justworks for FSA/************** FSA to setup accounts w/ ***************. The company was acquired in September. There was very bad communication and support provided by Justworks. The accounts were setup to close before the 3/31/23 deadline forfeiting the balances in the ************** FSA. Think about it, people won't have all the bills in place middle of the year to file all the claims. This was not properly notified for my former employer. I lost money on my dependent care. There was no communication whatsoever. When *************** reached out to Justworks they refused to extend whatever time they put in place for closing the accounts.
