      For the most part, their service to get my windshield replace was fast and quick. However, I figured out the next day that my windshield wipers didnt work after the repair. So I was like okay, no biggy, let me just give them call. Thats something should be real quick fix. 30 minutes later on the phone the 1st time. *****, the guy I was speaking to told me he had contacted the shop and they would give me a call to get this resolved after we got off the phone. So naturally I was like cool, thank you for you help. Waited, waited, waited, and no one called me. So the next day I called, a lady named **** pulled up my information and then started to contact some people and then once it was figured out, she apologized for the inconvenience because the last guy submitted as a warranty ticket instead of scheduling the fix. Then proceeded to tell me that she contacted the shop and that they would come immediately to fix the issue. So I was like awesome, I think this will get resolved this time. So I waited all day at my house and at no point did I receive a call, text, or a knock at the door. So another day of my time wasted at home waiting for a tech that I was told will get my truck fixed. Now Im at the dealership paying out of pocket to get my windshield wipers fixed. So thanks for blowing me off safelite.
